Just a confirmation scan today that my baby stopped growing at 6w1d when I am supposed to be 8w2d today. Not having any bleeding, I guess I will wait or will start with a pill.

Today's scan confirmed that the baby stopped growing at 6w1d when I am supposed to be 8w2d today 😔 I am feeling so distant with everything rn😔 I will not wait for natural miscarriage or will have to induce it with a pill.

LMP : 11th feb (irregular periods, had no periods in march month) Last Unprotected sex in march : 22nd March Cervical discharge during that time: EWCM Negative beta till : 28th March First positive on UPT : 7TH April Beta : 13th April - 660 15th April - 1330 18th April - 2202 23rd April - 4657 (taken after TVS scan)

2-day change (model-based): 34.9% increase. Observed change over 5 days: 111.5% increase. Calculated β-hCG doubling time: 4.63 days (111.1 hours).

First TVS - 18/04/2026 : No gestation sac seen Second scan (abdominal )- 25/04/2026 : GS 7.1mm, yolk sac : 4.2mm (Dated me at 5w2d) Third scan (TVS) - 08/05/2026 : GS 13mm, Yolk sac 4.5mm, CRL 5mm (the scan dated me at 6w1d but actually it was 7w2d as per my last scan). No heartbeat detected at all.

The dr. Has said to guard my heart bc low chances of the development & viability and it can be missed miscarriage.

I am very scared rn 😔 need advice how to cope with this.

Any else feeling random gags throughout the day? First trimester!!! I work in a laboratory as a scientist and this random gags makes me feel like I am about to puke and have to run to the washroom but no puke!!

How do you guys manage this 😭😭😭
