It takes the traits of two things and combines them so I thought “oh either both things are destroyed or you can’t combine an item that was created using it.” But then he used the butter knife so like why use this thing to supply soldiers with at least like walkie talkies. It takes a lot of points sure but like the button guy seems to have more then one so there’s some way to get more then one and there doesn’t seem to be that many exploration teams that matter to the company at least. Idk maybe I mis interpreted it but like he still has the coin and we don’t see him get two so both things stay intact the captain didn’t seem to care about giving up a item that seems so powerful so if the only downside is points then like who cares just find the right combination to make powerful tools at least for communication considering the high risk of death should the company’s goal be getting info from any teams that go on yet they don’t seem to have recording gear or anything and have too go off of testimony which seems illogical considering the goal is to gather dream essence that you can’t get until after clearing and the more info makes each clear easier therefore more essence but maybe I’m missing something. Maybe the communications not it but like a go pro hooked up to a monitor somewhere safe would be pretty useful and instead of such a waist of valuable Human Resources it would probably only take 2 or 3 attempts to figure out the right trick for each clear. This is probably explained because the company seems more evil then stupid so there probably sacrificing people to Arogoth the unrelenting or some shit but idk also I’m super tired so this probably looks like a 4th grader wrote it. But like fr seems like the real goal isn’t essence

Honestly never thought I would get here really happy I went back after silk song to beat this btw the songs it was currently on were “anyway the wind blows” and “chips are down” really amazing game happy I committed to just hitting it with my nail because I’m not a spell guy. Great game 10/10

I’m replaying the game because I only got to lost kin or whatever his name was before I got confused and quit so I lowk sped through early parts and now idk if I’m under level

Did the creators have a ex named Edwardo why do they set him up for heart break so insanely often
