when you decide to stay with him in westminster instead of going with your comrades there is a scene where zombies enter his officer ... now the thing is after the cutscene ends you dont gain a death for staying behind indicating that you survived and mostly decided to head out on foot or something like that (status in wiki Ambiguous so there is a chance hes still alive ) or only the player survived and he didnt
