Instamart sent 3 years old product with just 1 months expiry and then denied the return. They are in loss so best way to make money is cheating customers.

Visa reward Flipkart gift card not working
I have participated in visa reward program and got to choose 2 gift card for 2 visa credit card. I choose flipkart gift card from the list. But when i tried to redeem it on Flipkart app and website its just showing code "500". I have no idea why its happening. can anyone help me to find out. Thanks
