What to expect as a CL9 Individual Contributor in Accenture (Finance/Accounting)?

Malapit na akong mag-start sa Accenture, pero nandito pa rin yung kaba at uncertainty. 😅 They offered me a 6-digit basic salary (literal na saktong 6 digits lang 😅), so I’m curious kung ano yung ways of working sa Finance/Accounting.

I have 8 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, pero lahat ng previous companies ko were in-house/shared services. This will be my first time working in a client-based/BPO setup, so gusto ko lang malaman kung ano yung dapat kong i-expect.

Kumusta ang work-life balance, workload, at culture? Since CL9 Individual Contributor yung role, I’d really appreciate any insights or tips. Napansin ko kasi na ang konti ng posts about the Finance/Accounting side ng Accenture compared sa Tech.
