Shopify store selling physical products internationally
My own Next.js SaaS with API, subscriptions and webhooks
I want to accept international card payments, preferably USD, and receive payouts in Pakistan.
What is the cheapest and easiest legitimate option without opening a US LLC?
If a company is required, is a US LLC actually the cheapest option, or are there cheaper countries where I can legally register a company and use Stripe?
I’m mainly looking for something with low setup/annual costs, low transaction fees, Shopify integration + API for custom apps.
Would really appreciate recommendations from anyone in Pakistan who is actually using a setup like this.

I’m a DVT patient and work as a software engineer. I’m also on Xarelto (rivaroxaban) long-term, so I ended up making a really simple app for myself to keep track of my medication and make sure I don’t forget a dose.
Right now, it’s just something I use locally, but I’ve been wondering whether it would actually be useful to other people dealing with DVT, PE, or long-term anticoagulant treatment.
I’ve seen quite a few apps focused on things like GLP-1 medication tracking, so I was curious if there’s a similar need for anticoagulants.
If I were to turn it into a proper app and publish it on iOS and Android, I was thinking about features like:
Medication/dose tracking
Push notifications for doses
A history of missed/taken doses
Tracking different anticoagulants
Doctor appointment/medication reminders
Travel-related reminders
A place to keep important medication information
General DVT-friendly activity/exercises and reminders
Possibly nutrition/hydration tracking
I’m not trying to replace medical advice or create something that tells people how to manage their treatment. The idea would mainly be to make the everyday tracking side of living with DVT/anticoagulants easier.
And honestly, if I build it, I’d probably keep it inexpensive (maybe around $5/month or less). As a patient myself, I’d rather make something useful for the community than turn it into another expensive health app. 😂
So I wanted to ask people who actually live with this:
Would you use something like this? And what feature would make you think, “Yeah, I actually need this”? I’m happy to hear recommendations from the community
I’d genuinely appreciate ideas, even if you think the whole idea is unnecessary. I’m trying to figure out whether there’s a real problem here before spending time building it.

Hey everyone, I’m tired of taking blood thinners. I’ve suffered from DVT twice over the past 4 years, and I want to know if there’s any surgical procedure that can repair the affected veins and remove any remaining blood clots or scar tissue.
I’m looking for a permanent, or at least long-term, solution that could reduce my risk of developing DVT again. Has anyone had a procedure like this, or been offered one by their doctor?

I was diagnosed with DVT twice over the past 4 years, and I’m worried about having another DVT or developing a PE in the future.
Would it be safe or appropriate to take Xarelto (rivaroxaban) 15 mg once daily for the rest of my life to prevent another clot?
Has anyone been prescribed lifelong anticoagulation after having recurrent DVT? I’d especially like to hear from people who have been in a similar situation.
