É para sermos os invictos tipo euro 2016 ?
First of all wether Inter-faith marriage is haram is very debateable, infact the Quran never explicitly says its haram as it only mentions polytheism and the other quote often used referred to a specific group of women.
Like do these people not realise how out of touch they are with reality ?. Are we seriously defending torture and death sentences ?.
Also will add a bonus theres a guy in the same thread trying to say marrying 9 year olds is still permissible today while wanting women lashed for inter-faith marriage. This alone should be enough to get him in therapy.
Its because of people like this that so many people in europe have a negative perception of Islam. These guys are more busy spreading pure hatred than the Islamic values of peace, love and tolerance. Its shameful.
"all music is haram", "Women shouldnt be educated" ,"Dogs are evil and shouldnt be allowed inside houses". How did no one hold these men accountable for these absolute hateful and biased takes ?, this isnt Islam this is men manipulating things into suiting their narrative
If Allah hated Dogs so much why would he have created them and made them be the closest companion to mankind ?. Some dogs literally give people therapy, guide the blind who cant see, help save lives with the firefighters and police. Like how can someone look at a virtuous animal that can be so kind, empathetic and helpful and act act as if theyre sinful. Its one thing to say that Muslims should be clean when praying and animals shouldnt enter prayer rooms, its a whole another thing to pretend as if a merciful, fair, loving God would want you to leave an animal out in the cold and rain instead of allowing it to enter your house. In fact there is a dog who is said to go to heaven in the Quran, so if that dog isnt sinful then why are all the rest ?
The Quran literally tells ALL people that they should learn more if they can, how someone can turn this phrase into "men should be educated, women shouldnt" is baffling. Why would Allah not want half of his people to not know things just because of their gender ?, like how can people keep a straight face when trying to claim something as ridiculous as saying that women shouldnt be educated/
About music im going to quote a sarcastic comment I saw on another post, "im sure an all powerful God will be offended by sound", its one thing to say that some music can cover themes which arent halal, now to say that just because of that the music becomes haram is a bit of a stretch as if the music takes full control of you and will make you do haram acts. But in truth most music doesnt even cover haram topics, in fact theres even fully instrumental music which doesn't cover any topics, how can someone seriously say that its haram ?.
With all this being said Im of the belief that we should hold scholars who spread misinformation and lies accountable because what we have seen here is NOT Islam, and theres countless more examples out there where the Quran has been extrapolated to prove points it never made. Many people and animals across the world have suffered and will continue to suffer because of these "scholars" having an incredibly biased ideology and exercising their ideology through brute force. The Quran wants people to read it and make their own interpretations, making one interpretation and forcing it on everyone else isn't Islam, that is dictatorship being disguised as religion.
And actually when we look into it the Quran has a quotes saying that there is no compulsion to have to believe Islam and it shows that the Quran is tolerant of other faiths and apostates. So how can we claim countries like Iran, Egypt, Afghanistan etc. as Muslim when they go fundamentally against the core principles of peace, empathy, tolerance, free-will and love. How can one read the Quran and look at countries like this and pretend that theyre following the words of the Quran ?, theyre clearly not. These "Muslim" countries follow a CULT made by past scholars and dictators and NOT Allah, They are not Muslim countries, they are autocracies ran by corrupt people who hide behind a false Islam where brute force is chosen over love. I havent done enough research on countries like Albania, Turkiye, Bosnia and Tunisia which often are considered "secular Muslim countries" to make claims on whether they do follow Islam in the correct democratic way so im not going to comment on them, I acknowledge it is possible though.
Maybe if all Muslims read the Quran and interpreted it for themselves we could have these "Muslim" countries actually follow the Quran in the correct way the same way we saw many European countries transition from the same type of religious cult autocracies into democratic countries which give their people free-will as the religious books suggest they should have. But in the end it seems that too many "Muslims" are too busy up-holding hate, the patriarchy, racism, religious discrimination and and overall completely corrupt cult instead of spreading Islam and its true values. Islam is often referred to as "the religion of peace" and I cant pretend that I can look at these countries and see that theyve followed that. It is blatantly disrespectful how some so called "Muslims" have treated Islam.
This is an open discussion to everyone of all faiths, its just after some research on islam im baffled on what theyve done to the religion and wanted to rant about it and hear what everyone else has to say on the matter.
I have been doing research on the topic and obviously I probably havent seen all possible information about the matter so im open to learning more and discussing more with the comments. And this post was mainly done on the basis of a Muslim woman and marriage with a non-Muslim man, I know there are more quotes about the reverse. Im really not the most knowledgeable on this topic so forgive me if theres knowledge gaps but this is the interpretation Ive made and its a bit of a rant too in some parts.
To begin Allah and the Quran and widely considered infallible (meaning that they cant be wrong) by Muslims, with then the fallibility of prophets being seen differently in different branches of Islam. But We can agree that Allah and the Quran are infallible and that scholars who interpret them whether hundreds of years ago or now are not infallible, so they could be right or wrong but their interpretation will have no bearing on what Allah had already determined to be the truth.
Its is universally believed in Islam that Allah is merciful and fair, Allah is good and will not set up his followers for sin by making clear what his followers must do and must not do. So 2 of these pillars of Islam when it comes to belief in Allah are Fairness and Clearness. These are essential for when we want to qualify something as sin/haram/makruh and more, because to not consider fairness and clearness when determining whether Allah will punish someone is to doubt that Allah is fair and clear. And to doubt that Allah is clear (and making interpretations of laws when Allah has not explicitly stated them) is to imply that he hasnt shown his people a clear path to follow to avoid punishment, so how can one questions Allahs clearness while claiming that he is fair and merciful.
Wouldnt this mean that scholars who are convinced that Allah will punish people for inter-faith marriage and spread this information around are actually comitting a haram act themselves because it almost feels like they are questioning Allah. Because by claiming that something is haram, while knowing that Allah did not say it is haram, is to doubt Allahs clarity and fairness. To claim that something is haram when Allah never implied it is to say that Allah set up his people for punishment by not telling them a sin to avoid, so to say that inter-faith marriage is sinful is to say Allah will punish you for something he didnt warn you about. And im shocked that this isnt talked about more this way and not just for this topic of marriage.
With this being said, The Quran only ever mentions that Muslims must not marry polytheists (people who worship more than 1 God), many people try to use this to justify that muslims cant marry people of other faiths which would imply that Allah expects people to do something he never told them to, which once again is doubting Allahs clarity.
People try to say that because the Quran said that Muslim men can marry women of the book but didnt say that Muslim women can do the same, and apparently that silence means that it isnt allowed. But then a counter argument has to be raised, if this silence is what justifies this point of view, then when the Quran says that Muslims cant marry polytheists, it didnt mention other religions so that means that Muslims can marry people of any other faith by the same silence argument. So in truth this argument is just a classic example of twisting something to benefit your agenda/ideology and im apalled to see some Muslims use such biased arguments to try justify something that isnt at all true.
There is also an argument to be made that Allah being as merciful as he is, even if inter-faith marriage was haram, Allah still wouldnt punish 2 people for being in love. Does an all loving creator truly punish a marriage that is based on love, care and mutual respect ?. Does a merciful creator prefer that his people suffer heartbreak and not be with the one their heart yearns for ?. This is all completely contradictory with how the Quran speaks of Allah.
All argument I have seen that try to say inter-faith marriage is haram are based on interpretation and hence all in turn would imply that Allah is nor clear nor fair. Im open to listening to any other arguments here anyone has but I have to say from what Ive seen so far its ludicrous to suggest that inter-faith marriage is clearly haram, I see no true evidence to support this claim.
Most people Ive seen have complained the most about Paper 1 (it even had that petition). I didnt see anywhere as much hate for Paper 2 eventhough I still found it somewhat challenging. And Paper 3 for me was the one that destroyed me, Ive never felt like that during a paper before.
So personally I found Paper 3 the worst. So im curious what the general opinion of the sub is, I think in general all 3 were atleast above average papers.
Like istg why did they keep asking why Binomial Distribution isnt suitable
Many people act as if Misty hated Ash because they argue a lot but this scene proves that was never the case, what we see here is Misty is this is Mistys way of looking out for Ash.
Indigo League episode 82
Pokemon Johto Journeys episode 8 if anyone is curious
Obviously its a shipping hint and all that. But I honestly find it hilarious how they made Tracey say this, its even funnier considering he invited himself to join them and be the third wheel in his eyes if he believes they like each other.
Also for context its from an episode from the Orange Islands called "Where Art Thou Nidoran", its basically a parody on Romeo and Juliet. These 2 Nidoran are in love but their trainers hate each other so they wont let them be together. This was Misty trying to help them. Funnily enough the Nidoran kiss and evolve at the end, aswell as both trainers blushing so Misty was actually right.
In a way since Misty was right that the trainers are too immature to admit they like each other, maybe Tracey was right that Ash and Misty are too and this story is a reflection of that without explicitly saying it.
I also shared this because I see alot of arguements about shipping and apparently almost no one (including many pokeshippers) knows anything about the Orange Islands besides Ashs winning the league.
So we know its not a premier league player, and not Kane or Olise. And apparently theyre young and Cr7/Kaká level. Im going to assume that young means under 23.
Maybe im forgetting someone but who could be worth 150M. Im going to assume its a top 5 leagues player. I think besides PSG and Bayern I cant see any other team in those leagues having a player of that value, (I guess theres Yan Diomande but I still feel like thats on overbid), In Serie A I can only see Yildiz and Nico Paz with values over 100M but even then 150M seems a bit too high. And realistically I cant see it being a Laliga player.
So to me its narrowed down to relatively important players at Bayern or PSG of ar max the age of 23 which are: João Neves, Desire Doue, Pavlovic, Lenart Karl, Zaire-Emery, Nuno Mendes, Bradley Barcola, Musiala.
Of these names for 150M I think we can narrow ir down to: João Neves, Desire Doue, Musiala and Lenart Karl. I cant see it being 150M for a full-back.
My best bet tho is that its João Neves, if not then Doué.
What do you guys think. Genuinly curious.
Some FM students are accusing the rest of us of not revising enough, which is completely ridiculous when you dont know anything about our lives. Some of us scored As, Bs, Cs on past papers and were working hard and mightve scored 10%-25% lower on this paper than we were expecting. Naturally grade boundaries will probably drop to reflect that.
Now to those specific FM students, not everyone is an A* student. This toxic attitude from certain FM students to the rest is apalling, accusing someone of not revising because they probably got 40% is completely undermining all the hard work they put in. Especially when you couldnt access parts b,c,d of questions without part a eventhough you could in previous years and that takes a large toll on the scores of some people, some couldve gotten full marks on those parts but because they couldnt do part a, that could be 10 marks they dropped which they wouldntve otherwise. So this whole telling them they shouldve revised more is just really insensitive and honestly rude considering you dont even know the person.
You may have A*A*A*A* or whatever but if you think youre the shit for telling B and lower students who are working really hard for their grades that theyre not doing enough then youre just a prick. For many of us getting these grades takes alot of effort and its not very nice to accuse someone of not revising for underachieving on a hard paper.
However with all this being said, there are quite a few FM students on here being quite kind and trying to console and motivate students with not as high grades, and I just wanted to say to those that we really appreciate it.
This is a spoiler for the first 31 episodes of the Indigo League anime (first 6 badges) so be aware if you want to read further.
I grew up watching multiple pokemon series (Kanto, DP, XY and even parts of BW) and being a kid id obviouly never look at the show in a critical way but re-watching Indigo League (just watched the battle with Koga) at 18, eventhough it was been much more enjoyable than I expected I have to say that considering what I remember even the early battles in XY and DP to be like that it has been quite dissapointing, and yes I know its a kids show so sometimes there will be things done to grasp kids attention but did we seriously need team rocket interrupting another gym battle ?, Its honestly annoying.
Misty, Erica and Koga battles. ALL interrupted by team rocket, infact they were all ok battles until Team Rocket interrupts, Misty and Erica didnt even carry on the battles so Ahs got 2 badges without winning, Koga re-matched him in a 1v1 instead of a 2v2 (a 1v1 vs a Golbat is pretty unimpressive for 6th gym imo) which Charmander wins. As a whole they all felt quite dissapointing, we havent had many big battles until this point and I hoped that Koga would give Ash a good battle but honestly it was ruined by Team Rocket and the 1v1 was a really forgettable battle imo.
The battle against Brock was interrupted by his siblings and Ash ended up forfeiting so he doesnt even win this battle either (although it wasnt a terrible battle) but Brock still awards him the badge.
My criticism for the Lt. Surge battle is the fact that it was only a 1V1 and it was a really short battle, it feels like the whole point of this battle was to have the whole Pikachu not wanting to evolve message
And imo the worse of the 6, vs Sabrina, he won by making her laugh, they hyped her up to be this crazy powerful psychopath with incredible telekenises powers and she looses because Haunter made some faces which made her laugh which made Kadabra laugh. Im ok with the her laughing and returning to normal plot-line but could they not have done it a different way instead of skipping over another battle.
What we have is Ash with 6 gym badges who is nowhere near ready enough for the pokemon league yet is 2 badges away. Squirtle and Bulbasaur havent even won any Gym battles yet (i might be wrong on this but i dont think theyve won any actual battles in general), poor Muk and Krabby havent even been used yet just both got sent to Oak eventhough he has an empty slot. As a kid I wouldve been sad that Ash had lost in the league but now looking back this guy probably shouldntve even made it there, Its honestly a shame because they didnt need to have Team Rocket interrupt every badge.
I actually dont know anything about the last 2 badges (besides from what theyre like in the games) because as a kid I only watched until episode 52 since that was all there was on Netflix but I hope atleast some pokemon get wins, its genuinly felt like we havent had one proper gym battle yet.
Sceptile was able to handle Darkrai (although Gible and Heracross got some hits off) and Pikachu basically drew a 1v1 with Latios.
But it makes you think, with Infernape, Charizard, Snorlax etc. could the story had been different ?. like lets be for real, what was he thinking choosing Torkoal in a SEMI against a trainer who swept everyone, i know Torkoal put up a good fight against registeel (I dont know why Ash wanted Torkoal to give him the biggest win in the battle frontier but thats a conversation for another time) but come on, even Gible I felt was a bit of a questionable choice as he didnt have as much battle experience (although draco meteor is powerful). the only choices that made sense for this battle were Sceptile and Pikachu, and I can understand Swellow and Heracross.
But the real question is had he gone with Pikachu, Sceptile, Infernape, Charizard, Snorlax and someone else strong (Staraptor maybe ?, although Swellow and Heracross are acceptable choices). because tbh I feel like he couldve taken a draw if it was just Sceptile and Pikachu vs Latios and Darkrai, I dont think the rest of the team did much that these 2 couldnt have done solo.
I dont know if he wouldve won but with his best team I can imagine him knocking out atleast 4 of Tobias teams.
*Defesas* : Nuno Mendes, João Cancelo, Diogo Dalot, Matheus Nunes, Nelson Semedo, Antonio Silva, Ruben Dias, Renato Veiga, Gonçalo Inacio.
