It has been nearly 3 weeks since I've made a support request - how much longer should I expect to wait?
I was banned 2 years ago, and since then I deleted the email that I had used to sign up with. My support request was to update the email so that I could make a ban appeal, but all they responded with was something clearly computer-generated considering it completely ignored my problem. Has anyone else experienced similar?

Are any other slim-built men finding it hard to find coats?
I'm a relatively slim dude, and for the past couple of weeks I've been looking to buy an overcoat, yet all the options seem the be far bigger than I am. Does anyone else have this issue? Should I start looking into women's coats? Because it's getting to that point.
