18F Dealing with scalp visibility Please help me out 🙏🏻

During COVID, I experienced severe hair fall and lost a significant amount of hair. Since 2025, I've been taking my hair care much more seriously. I started using rosemary hair oil mixed with rosemary essential oil, which I apply the night before washing my hair the next morning.

I've noticed a lot of baby hair growth, especially around my front hairline. In fact, there are so many baby hairs that they often fall onto my forehead and become annoying. Because of this, I feel like my hair is regrowing. However, even with all these baby hairs, my scalp still appears visible in photos, particularly in certain areas. I can feel small hairs growing there too, but the scalp visibility is still concerning me.

I also want to be honest about my lifestyle. Until last month (May), my diet was terrible. I was eating junk food, fried food, and unhealthy snacks almost every day. Since starting the gym this month, I've stopped eating those foods and want to improve my nutrition seriously.

I'm a vegetarian, and non-vegetarian food isn't allowed in my house, although I can eat eggs. I'm willing to make dietary changes and eat whatever is necessary to improve my hair health and reduce scalp visibility. Could you please suggest what foods I should eat, what nutrients I should focus on, and whether there's anything else I should apply or do to help my hair become thicker and healthier?

One more thing: my mom has naturally coily hair, and both of my sisters have curly hair. My hair looks much straighter in comparison, but given my family history, is it possible that my hair is actually wavy or curly and I'm not caring for it correctly? Would it be worth trying a curly hair routine to see if my natural texture comes out, or is that unlikely to make a difference?

This issue has been stressing me out a lot, so I'd really appreciate any advice. Also it is not possible for me to consult dermat rn due to some reasons pls understand
