Amazon messed up my refund and I'm still paying the EMI. Please help me

Last month I had ordered a laptop through EMI using my uncle's credit card. The delivery guy just called me once, I couldn't pick up and I called him back withing few mins, but he didn't pick up my call and eventually cancelled my order. Then sent me two separate refunds (67,915 and 149) but the amount debited from the credit card was 68,263.

Since there's a difference the Bank's system didn't consider it as a refund. Now I'm still paying EMI for it, Amazon customer support keeps on insisting me to ask the Bank (Axis Bank) to cancel the EMI, but I can't cancel it because I'll have to pay some penalty charges.

Btw hope you guys know how the No cost EMI thing on Amazon works.

Please help me find a solution for it guys. Amazon customer support says they can't do anything, we're sorry. But at the end of the day I'm the one who's gonna lose money

I can neither cancel the EMI (due to penalty charges) nor I continue the EMI, cause I'll have to pay the intrest too

Should I buy the Duke 390R?

It's a 8 year long dream to own a sports bike and my budget is around 4L. I was almost about to book it, then backed off due to 3 issues:

  1. Oil consumption issues, some users reported that it consumes 100ml per 1000 kms.

  2. News about govt rolling out E30 blended fuel.

  3. Usage of Prolube oil during Oil service rather

than Motul since Bajaj tookover the brand.

Unfortunately it's a long dream and I'm already 23, but still scared of these issues. Please do suggest me some alternate bikes. One of the main reasons why I chose this is because it has the Quickshifter as standard, Cruise control and Cornering abs.

Also what's the cheapest way I could get a 390R in Bangalore?

Please someone reply guys, cause no one's replying in the KTM India subreddit as well as Indianbikes sub reddit

Hi everyone, I need some advice.

My brother has finished 12th grade, but he still has no clear idea about what to choose for college or what direction to take next. I have lived with him for nearly 18 years, and even then, I still could not figure out what his real interests are. He also cannot figure it out himself.

It has become really stressful and frustrating for me because I am the elder brother, and the pressure is on me to guide him. I am scared of pushing him into the wrong path.

Is online career guidance actually a good option for this? Also, does anyone know of any good online career guidance services or companies?

For context, I studied B.Tech in Al and Data Science, but this situation feels completely different and I am honestly stuck.

Also only two more days left for his results to come out, but family is scared cause, if we don't choose a course for him before the results, college seats are gonna get filled fast

Any advice would be really appreciated.

Edit: Forgot to mention, he studied Maths Computer Physics Chemistry
