A meme I made

I was playing the PS3 port when I decided to look at the map, and saw that the second part of Santa Destroy was cut.

Is there a reason of why it was cut? Of all the things I heard about the Port, I never heard about the cut map section

I feel that it could, emphasis on could, in the end New Generation was a strange experiment, but with some rethinking it might could work
