Looking for a 1 BHK / 1 RK with attached bathroom around Somajiguda (office is there), planning to move in early July.

Open to nearby areas within ~5 km radius - Khairtabad, Banjara Hills, Punjagutta, Greenlands/Begumpet, Ameerpet, or any nearby areas

Budget: ₹8–10k (semi-furnished); ₹10–12k (fully furnished)

For semi-furnished: basic furniture like a proper bed, study table, chair, etc. (at least the essentials to move in comfortably).

Any leads or tips would be super helpful - please share listings/rooms by DM-ing me if you come across anything!
