Looking for a Female Co-Founder/Partner for Trips & Treks Co

Hey everyone,

I’m planning to build a trekking and travel venture focused on treks, weekend trips, outdoor experiences, and group travel.

I’m looking for a female business partner who can take the lead in managing and leading treks & trips, especially from the front-end experience side.

I will be handling the business, operations, planning, marketing, vendor coordination, bookings, customer acquisition, and backend management.

What I’m looking for:

  • Someone who genuinely loves trekking, travel, and outdoor experiences
  • Comfortable with leading groups
  • Good with people, communication, and basic coordination
  • Can manage on-ground trip experience
  • Responsible, energetic, and willing to grow something long-term
  • Prior trek/trip leading experience is a plus, but not mandatory if you are serious and willing to learn

My role:

I’ll take care of:

  • Business setup
  • Operations
  • Marketing
  • Sales/customer acquisition
  • Vendor coordination
  • Itinerary planning support
  • Bookings and backend work
  • Growth strategy

The idea is to build this as a proper travel/community-led business, not just one-time trips.

If you’re someone who loves travel and wants to be part of building something from scratch, feel free to DM me. We can discuss the idea, roles, expectations, and future plan.

Preferably looking for someone based in Maharashtra/Pune/Mumbai region, but open to discussing if the fit is good.

Need help setting realistic lead expectations for Google Ads in cybersecurity B2B

I’m going to run Google Ads for a cybersecurity company targeting UK and Netherlands.

They are asking me how many leads they can expect before starting.

How should I answer this without overpromising?

  • What is a realistic expectation in the first 30 days?
  • Should I give them a lead number or only a testing/optimization plan?
  • What metrics should I track in the first 2 weeks?
  • Any idea about average CPL for UK/Europe in this niche?
  • What should I clearly tell them before starting?

NOTE: Need Suggestions to become a successful PPC/performance marketer.
Wasted a few years working as per the company's requirements & now facing challenges getting a good salary due to Average Knowledge & expertise

SCAM Alert: petrol pump, puncture, kinnar, events

HP wakad petrol pump scam, puncture scam, beggar families, kinnar still ongoing

A lot of Petrol Pump employees have stopped scamming after a big bubble of Zero check & all.

but this Petrol pump's employees still don't have any fear - Balwadkar car services HP petrol pump.

I caught that man red handed, But as I was getting late & I didn't want to create any mess so I didn't raise my voice I just asked him to correct his mistake.

Because at once my friend told me he was & his friends was also scammed there but this is an local person's pump so those employees don't have any fear.

But this is really disgusting.

What is left?

After getting out from home till come back everything is mess nowadays.

Previoouly almost 70% of us almost have gone through puncture scam.

6,7 punctures.

I feel very bad because after me I have listened it from almost 10 to 15 colleague that their tyre got puncture & female's keep trusts on it.

Poor families comes - please help we have lost everything & recently I saw a reel beggars whole family going home from cab

Kinnar Incident earlier Nearby warje Bypass

Laxmi chowk - I didn't gave money because I use cash they shown me scanner & when I paid 20 rupees they handed me 20 rupees cash & the said so much bad things.

&

Coincidentally bad things happened, downfall happened I don't believe in all that but situation made me think this can be true.

But why?

-Fake police

-Man with bulls - still okay

-fake chanda for langar, No address, No date nothing on their pavti. (Hinjewadi phase 1)

We were out for Holi events - At FLO bar Hinjewadi, Some lady & her goons were calling pretty girls & was offering them free drinks & later part we don't know.

& There are many more things - Daily Traffic, Big society's basic problems.

Can't we live peacefully in pune for a day.

Coming from other city I am proud of pune because of Availability of everything good salary jobs, luxury, places for treks, culture but nowadays survival is getting tougher day by day.

I am thinking maybe I did something wrong that I have gone through this much of scam or is it normal?

I’ve been seriously thinking about starting one.

I can say that - Not with a “become millionaire” mindset, more like building something calm, meaningful, around plants/nature. But in reality, I really want to earn good money. Unlike other businesses, I have never seen a person become rich from a nursery business.

Would love honest opinions from people who are already in this business or have closely seen it.

Is it genuinely profitable long term?
Or is it one of those businesses that looks beautiful from the outside but is very hard financially?

Also, what’s actually making money in the market today?

I keep hearing traditional plant selling has become overcrowded, but newer ideas sound interesting, like:

  • Renting plants to offices/corporates
  • Bonsai trees
  • Rare/exotic indoor plants
  • Balcony/terrace garden setup
  • Event & wedding plant decor rentals
  • Organic kitchen garden kits
  • Plant maintenance subscriptions
  • Aesthetic plant + pot combos
  • Vertical gardens

What’s genuinely working right now and what’s mostly hype?

And one more thing, after a few years, does this business still feel peaceful and enjoyable… or does it become stressful like every other business eventually?

Hello Everyone,
I want to run a Nursery business, not having prior experience of selling.

Should i take a risk & start it or should i sell it first by managing orders from other nurseries?
