Not gonna buy yet, but I’m doing research on what I’ll end up buying. Originally I was going to go for moza r9 + esx wheel, but I’ve been reading stuff about Simagic being better quality overall.

So, for an Alpha Evo Sport 9nm which is the most I can afford, which of these wheels would be better as an all rounder. I’m talking Asetto corsa, AC competizione, dirt rally, LMU, automobilista, Forza horizon 6, and everything in between, maybe even iRacing if I end up being able to afford it.

I am also buying a hand break and a shifter, in case it matters.

As the title implies, I’d like to ask anyone who might have tried before, does the R5 bundle work with emulators such as PCSX2, RPCSX, and Xenia Canary??

I’m thinking of getting it so I’d like to know if it works only on newer native PC games, or if I’d be able to use it on emulation too.

I don’t know if the right flair would be question or hardware, or if this is even the right place to ask this, but…

With the new Forza game release and me having some extra money, I might finally buy a setup since I’ve wanted one since I was like 8.

So, with a budget of, say, 1,000-1,300 USD. What would be a good setup (wheel, pedal, gear shifter). I’m thinking also trying some other games aside from forza, like Assetto Corsa and some others I might find interesting.

So a generally good setup, that will give me a smooth experience on multiple games, and that fits within my budget, what’s good??

Also, I don’t really have too much space at home, so maybe something not too bulky if possible.

I already have a pc so I’m only thinking about the actual driving setup here. And even if I do have 1,300 usd max, keeping it under would be ideal, tho I can to spend that much on it.

Edit: should add that drifting in games is something to keep in mind.

In R&C GC you can unlock outfits through skill points.

Now, you can very easily and normally put them on and they will be equipped, however, taking them off is impossible. So you either make a save state or a normal save before using them, or you’re stuck with them forever.

You can also swap them. Meaning you can swap the snow-man outfit with the Tuxedo outfit, and it will not crash.

The crashes are exclusive to whenever you try to fully take off whatever outfit you’re using.

I’ve tried setting EE to multiple values (over/under), I’ve tried using software rendering, I’ve changed the resolution, and I also always have mipmapping ON.
