How similar are the chassis?

How similar are the chassis?

Edit: I'm looking at doing your body conversion and my understanding is the GT6 has the best handling suspension between all of these cars if you get the later one. My hope is to find one with a good rolling chassis but a completely dead and beat up body. So for everybody talking about how one looks better than the other one, it's not relevant, it was never relevant to the question in the first place. We don't have to worry about swapping body panels. It's for a body conversion. And I won't be molesting a good car.

Hey everyone, I know it's a weird question, I was just wondering how similar the chassis were between the cars. In terms of body attachment points, are they largely similar?

RQ Riley plans anyone?

Hey everyone, I've always been fascinated with these plans for years. I'm a part of a group that has the tri-Magnum plans which are cool to look at but it wasn't something I was ever interested in building. I always thought the Phoenix van and other ones were cool. I posted in a van group about the phoenix, and within 2 minutes I was pointed in the direction of the construction booklet and schematics. Talk about blown away.

I'm here looking for someone who might have a copy of the plans for the town car, Centurion or urba. I posted for the Boogie van in the other group because it's a van groove but if somebody here has them, I won't complain. Does anybody have any plans for any of these or anything else from RQ? I'd love to get a copy just enjoy looking them over and contemplate doing something like building something. Once I find my hovercraft plans, I'm happy to upload them to someone who wants them. Thank you.

AM transmitter plans?

Everyone, I was wondering if there were any a.m. radio transmitter plans that are recommended. I'd like to put together something in the area of 20 to 50 Watts if possible.

RQ Riley stuff?

Hey everyone, I found this group after a couple of minutes of thinking and I just had to ask. Anybody who used to read popular mechanics back in the seventies and eighties would see the occasional RQ Riley article about one of the crazy machines you could build with their plans.

I'm really curious if anybody here attempted to, completed or just bought some of the plans. I have a craft ones somewhere that I'm planning to scan and offer to the planet. I'd love to see what else is out there because even if you never build the stuff, it's fun to look at.

Power supply issues?

Hey everyone, I just picked up my friends ti-994a. I've never ever had the experience of using an outside of being in the department store and checking up the displays.

He wanted to start using it again, his original unit! I know a little bit more than the average person about computers and systems like this so he asked me to have a look over.

I was wondering about two different things. The first is the power supply. Some vintage units kill the motherboard because of a failed power supply. What can I do to make sure this doesn't happen? And I know people with some systems will say it doesn't happen often, I just don't want it to happen here at all.

The other is, he said that the on button has always been a bit of a glitchy issue. Is that a known problem and is there a fix?

Thank you

F3 LCD?

Hey everyone, ages ago I borrowed an f3 and I loved it. I'm looking at picking one up locally that appears to be in really amazing nice condition. I have noticed that the LCD is a problem and that it cannot be replaced. Does anybody know exactly what the problem with them is? Do they stop working? Is it the wiring harness contacts? I'm just curious what the deal is.

X arcade tankstick

Hey everyone, does anyone know if it's possible to connect an x arcade stick to the mini? I'd love to know if somebody actually did it. I have a nes mini and have been looking for the Snes controller so I could have the extra buttons but they're so hard to find around here. I'd like to get OEM instead of knockoffs. I thought about the hyperkin original controller adapter but I can't find any of those but I do have a tank stick.

Trionic 8 modifying

Hey everyone, I've got a crazy sounding question. I have had multiple Saabs I really love them. I really love the engines as well.

Does anybody know of any software that I could get so I could program the ECM to run standalone? I'm really interested in seeing these engines in other cars.

C64 laser printer?

Hello everyone, I remember there were a few people on the internet talking about a laser printer connected to the 64 that was a direct plug-in. I think it was an Apple one from many moons ago. Does anybody know of a specific Apple printer that could be connected so I could print a document off of a 64?

Residential construction and small claims court

Hi there, I'm part of a very small residential construction company that builds a few homes a year.

We have a client that we finished the house for approximately a year ago or so. Instead of a standard contract, we did cost plus meaning we have receipts for the trades and we put a small profit margin on top of each cost.

We have this client that is refusing to pay a relatively large sum of money. We can go to court, but it will likely take a long time and cost quite a lot in legal fees. We're seeking an alternative way to do this.

The total cost is almost $100,000. We have some minor things to do to finish things, as is with every house built for a year or two after the move-in date. They're incredibly small things. We have been reluctant to take care of them because of the homeowner not wanting to pay us. We understand a small hold back but this is unreasonable.

There's only one issue where a contractor did a terrible job, the homeowner never had to pay for it and we never charged. I don't want to get into the details too much because it might give away who we are here all I can say is the cosmetics other functional piece of work were terrible and they never paid for it but they could make use of it and they never paid one cent for it. That was their choice, instead of us getting it redone without any extra charges.

We have been taking care of things lately and things should be done in the next month or two that fulfill issues related to anything stipulated in the contract.

My question is this.. instead of going for a large lump sum in the regular courts, would I be able to go to small claims court on each individual invoice and ask for that individual Bill to be paid plus the cost plus margin on top? That way, the bills will fit the small claims court maximum.

Referendum healthcare question question...

Hey everyone, I just went through the referendum questions a few hours ago and I've got a question that I'm hoping somebody can answer.

The question relating to charging people in The province for health care services if they're not a citizen, or permanent resident and I think temporary resident was also there. So who exactly are we supposed to Bill and how many of these people technically exist? I can't imagine there being too many people that fit this category and I'm thinking it's nothing more than a dog whistle to the base conservative rocket surgeons. What do you folks think?
