The 'Vote Chori' has been a very long game orchestrated by the Duo.

This is a long post.

Mar 2023: Anoop Baranwal v. Union of India, led by 5-Judge bench by Justice K.M Joseph.

Before 2023, President appointed CEC and Election Commissioner (Article 324) Unless Parliament passes a law.

In Mar '23, SC said until Parliament passes a law, a panel of PM, the LOP and Chief Justice of India should pick CEC and ECs

Aug 2023: The Bill is introduced.

In Rajya sabha, govt introduced a bill that the selection committee should be PM, LOP and a Union Cabinet Minister appointed by PM. Opposition did not agree obviously because it would make it a 2-1 govt majority.

Dec 2023: 146 MPs were suspended

Because 2 men jumped into the visitors gallery and released smoke. When the opposition said HM Amit Shah to make a statement in parliament on the breach since security is his job. But he denied, and when they argued against that, they all were suspended. Since only few OP MPs remained, the Bill was passed. Committee was made and it was PM, HM-Amit Shah, and LOP - Rahul Gandhi.

March 2024: Gyanesh and Sandhu are appointed.

Committee picked them with 2-1. Rahul dissented but SC declines cause the law was made bc of the Bill.

Feb 2025: Gyanesh promoted to CEC by 2-1. Again.

Meeting was on 17 Feb and the committee picked Gyanesh as CEC, Rahul Gandhi again dissented and asked the govt to delay the meeting for SC's hearing on the matter. He gave a dissent note to the committee panel as how important the process is and the executive shouldn't control that process and asked to wait for the SC ruling on the matter.

But govt announces the appointment, President signed it that same night of the meeting. Gyanesh took charge from Feb 19.

Rahul said it is disrespectful to not wait as the hearing was only 48 hours away.

SC adjourned since appointment was made already.

From 2025: SIR was carried out in phases by CEC Gyanesh. First Bihar, SIR was ran from June to September, the final list had about 7.42 crore voters, down from 7.89 crore. Final list was published on Sept 30, before Bihar Assembly Election.

Subsequently, it ran in around 12 states and UTS. And Opposition began the Vote Chori allegations since.

PM Modi very conveniently chose Amit Shah- Cabin minister for the committee, i think that plays a very very big role. .

I know the post is not very polished, since I am not a writer. But I am working on a list of sources that I will link to the post once i compile it. So please stay tuned.

New to skincare. Need [Routine Help] for hyperpigmentation

I got these things from DM.

I have hyperpigmentation around my mouth. My skin is mostly smooth but there are a few bumps here and there. I don't suffer from acne/pimple. My skin is dark complexion (Indian) and is oily(with products) and normal (without).

Honestly idk much.

  1. Balea Intensivcreme - I think I need a alternative for this. I use this mostly for pm and it feels oily after. Is that normal?

I want to get rid of the hyperpigmentation around mouth. I don't wear any make up so i genuinely don't know how to hide it even :(

The Park Hotel not letting protestors use their washrooms.

Many protestors, specially women don't want to come to protest because of this reason. Lack of clean facilities. It's a fundamental right to be given access to washrooms in every hotel/restaurants/cafe.

The Park Hotels deserve to look into this matter and resolve it. This is just not done. Tag them on IG. DM them.

Instagram: @theparkhotels

This is such a disgrace.

The system itself is flawed. No one is even talking about it.

Just saw that post with the kid on NDTV speaking for NEET students, and honestly, it just shows how broken everything is.

Our college system in India is completely contradictory to our massive population.

I study in Germany, and seeing how flexible things are here makes me realize how unnecessary India’s rigidity is. Most Western universities have at least two intakes a year (Summer and Winter).

  1. You have full control over your degree timeline. Finish fast in 2 semesters if you want, or take your time.

  2. Give as many exams as you want. Maine iss semester 3 ke liye register kiya tha, but I'm only giving 2 because my choice lol.

  3. Internship Breaks: You can easily take a semester break to do an internship. India mein so many universities don't even have this option.

  4. Credit System: Simple rule hai—graduate hone ke liye 120 credits finish karne hain, that's it. Some people take classes in summer and give exams in winter.

The ironic thing is, idhar itni population hai bhi nahi, then also the system is so adaptable.

In India, the system is so fucking rigid ki ek baar fail ho gaye, then you're totally fucked until the next year. Why can't we have exams or intakes at least 2 times a year for general degrees like B.Tech?

And people act like clearing NEET makes you a qualified doctor. No, it's literally just an entrance test to GET into a medical college.

Toh iska cutoff itna high kyu hai? Hame doctors ki abundance hai kya?

  1. Overworked Doctors:Our doctors are literally dying because they are overworked like crazy. Sone-khane tak ka time nahi hai inke paas.

  2. Lack of Colleges: The real issue is the over-privatization and lack of seats. Itne medical colleges hain hi nahi India mein.

If we actually want to fix student stress, we need to stop making everything a rigid, one-shot yearly deal and build a system that actually makes sense for our population.

I cannot sit still anymore. I am going crazy.

Been up for nearly 20 hours endlessly doomscrolling. Watching all the craziness happening back home is breaking my heart.

And people around me? My roommates, my classmates. They are posting stories with utter shame, laughing at the state of the children being beaten. Blinding ignoring the craziness that happened.

How inhumane is that? You and I we both came to this land for better opportunities because we couldn't back home. And this is your opinion? I can't face them anymore. They all were posting carefree reels, insults, laughing. How can I live with such inhumane humans? I tried to the best of my ability to respectfully speak to them but it's to no avail. Nothing can bring them back from dead emotions.

God doesn't need your protection. But you definitely need his when its your turn.

EU Customs Tax is killing Temu.

Why does it have to be such a drastic increase? 3 EUR? they could've made it a percentage. A simple hair scrunchie that is usually 1-2 euros, is now 5!

It could have been per parcel or per item but a percentage instead. like maybe 10-20 percent increase based on the cost.

3 Euros per different item?? I can't shopping anything now.

Also maybe temu should remove the minimum spend thing now cause even if I agree to pay 3 euro per different item. I can make multiple orders instead?

I'm so annoyed. Are they going to change it? The local warehouse option is useless cause they don't have half the items.

How do I pick my parcel?

i was home all day but the delivery person somehow decided I wasn't and my package went into a DeinFach near my house! i recieved an email which says pick up using a notification card from the packstation. I NEVER RECIEVED ONE!!!!! It's not in my postbox not in my emails. nowhere! Checked my neighbours too! It's 26kg package which I paid shipping fees to have it delivered to MY HOUSE but fine whatever I'll carry it.

I tried thinking to activate my customer app but I went through all the activation steps which was tedious. Then was met with a Bitte click on the link of the email we sent you on your email. I NEVER RECIEVED ONE AGAIN! so I can't use the activated device either. Like what the hell?

I tried speaking to Maria. That thing told me to contact dhl customer service since it's international package.

I used X to contact the dhl support, made a post. they replied saying dm us with your details. I did that and i recieved a X call from a real person! Finally!!!!!!!! They heard my issue then asked my number to connect on WhatsApp service. But again!! No message from them!!

I'm losing my mind. I need my package. Please help. Ffs.
