Genuine question: why do most players hate this map so much?

This is one of the most beautiful maps in CoD mobile. I feel sorry for the devs who clearly put a lot of thought into this map only for players to pick Khandor Hideout over it.

Today marks the end of my 2-week trip to Tunisia. I'll miss this country so much.
