What's a nice spot to hangout at that has decent food and good surfing for a beginner? Theres a few options and i feel like the CR subreddits are just packed with shills from every resort. I've heard tamarindo is touristy and packed but also consitent, avellinas is good but small, also heard that Santa Teresa is dope but the surf may be too big at that time. would love some opinions.
