Getting lean - help!

Hello everyone,

I started off my weight loss journey on March 22nd at 5’9 220 pounds! I am 187 now and had a goal to hit 175 by August 15th. At 187 I have more fat than I thought I would. Could you help me estimate my hurt body fat and why weight you think I need to be for 12-15% body fat. I played football through Highschool then stopped lifting weight and have been lifting 3-4 times a week for the last two years but was big during that. Do I have a good amount of muscle under this fat it’s hard for me to tell. Thanks!!!!

On a side note it’s crazy how much better people treat me. For example I can actually pick up attractive girls and have way more confidence.

Hello Everyone,

I have been lifting weights consistently for two years and have stuck around the 220 weight now down to 200. I have decided I need to lose about 45 pounds to get down to 175, but wanted your opinion on if I will looked shredded and good shape when I get down. Please let me know what weight I should to to be about 12% body fat.
