20-25 marks pai d grade milega kya ab?🙃.. And what about those subjects jinka avg hi 30 marks jaata h? Nd this time is it fr or again they are just trying to scare us just like they did last year also by saying 20/70 passing but passed people even at 12-13/70 marks .. But yeah last time mail nhi bheji thi inhone .. nd so will it even increase the cutoff for grade like now we will have to score higher marks to achieve b b+?

Like what settings change or what mask change or anything made it work suddenly for u nd made u stop removing the mask unconsciously at night?

I just dont know atp what to say . M struggling hard with this shihh . Since I have applied MSE my sleep is even more worse . I m even more tired now. Tried bipap , cpap but m never able to adapt it . Can never wear it for more then 1-2 hrs..... I m so tired likee my clg grades are getting ruined and more ruinedd and I cant even try an oral appliance just bcz of this MSE expander with braces applied in my mouth. The orthodontist said that its a slow treatment . She said once I will remove the arms of MSE u will be back like u were before. Like before if problem was 100 percent now it is 150. Orthodontist said that this process will take 7-8 months once she will remove tongue tie and give mft nd expansion will complete u will be normal. But tbh I dont trust this process bcz I have barely seen any success with this on reddit. Idk why she says I would be cured by this.... Idk how long I would have wait just to wake up refreshed...... I dont remember since 5 years even a single day when I woke up refreshed...

DId u notice any improvement in sleep?? If yes then after how much time? Does this even work?? Did it ressolve ur problem?

Even did the humidity to off still the same is happening , can anyone pls tell what settings to change tht can help . I m currently using a Bipap
