Struggling really bad from UARS/Sleep apnea issue . I am badly tired upto the point where I can barely function in daily life. Depression anxiety everything is at peak now bcz of this sleep disorder thing and my lower jaw is recessed... I need help pls suggest a good surgeon who has a good success rate .. nd does not mess my problem even more like I have heard a doc named richardson from India who is famous for messing up people ... Pls tell anyone who has gone with a successful jaw surgery in India

PLs make a detailed guide on UARS from AHI to flow lim to titration to knowing when to switch to asv bipap cpap to loop gain ... Like such a guide which can help people know everything probably thts needed to self treat UARS

What even is loop gain? How do I identify it? How do I solve it if I have it?

Yeah maybe apnea is more life threatening.. But idc. Its better to fucin die physically by OSA then to get mentally tortured daily by UARS in the form of depression anxiety fatigue. And worst shit is barely any doctors recognize this disease. and this disease despite being a physical one it gives most of the symptoms that are mental . Hence everyone says u everything is fine so get therapy, u are just depressed overthinking , its just in ur head. UARS is a disability in my view !

I just cant adapt . Either I will sleep or I will wear the mask. No advice no settings nothing works. I have tried wearing the mask for 3-4 hrs even while awake . Still while sleeping I remove it without knowing nd if I dont then m unable to sleep nd hence pap makes me even more tired. I am hopeless at this point

My teeth gap is daily reducing despite expansion going on.. Is this normal? I asked my doctors she said that the other teeths r moving here nd there so its normal not something to worry about.. Also I have noticed that despite 90 turns my expander is not stopping to expand its still expanding.. Like my ortho told to complete the entire 90 turns.. But I m above it still its rotating idk why nd along with that since after 70+ turns half way it requires effort and the other half way it loses itself

I had tried n20 nasal mask before but bcz m a mouth breather it was waste for me even mouth taping did not help .. Then resmed f30i mask was the most useless mask I had ever tried.. It was very very uncomfortable and had hell lotta leaks ...Now I finally shifted to airtouch f20 its way better and comfortable but yeahh as its new to me so ig it will take time to adapt but m still able to wear it way more then n20 and f30i

Like we see everyone talks regarding ps that increasing ps fixed flow limitations .. But I was wondering is there any effect of increasing epap ? Has anyone ever got success bcz of higher epap? Like particularly those people who dont have sleep apnea so there AHI is normal so lets say u need ps of 4 . Now is there any difference if u have 8 EPAP or 4EPAP bcz as ur apnea index is low so is there even need of high pressure if all u require is 4 ps? Like m confused that guys who just have UARS and not sleep apnea .... are they going good with low pressure?

I had tried f30 mask before but I find it extremely uncomfortable because idk maybe bcz of its shape and also bcz it irritates me on the beard, even without beard it feels shit... So is f20 worth giving a try ??

Tried with f30 one of resmed but I cant wear it .. it sucks hence m right now using n20 but yeah problem is I think despite mouth tape my mouth still opens and exhales so I was thinking of trying full face mask maybe

Can u guys pls tell which settings finally worked for u?? Was it high ps , high trigger low epap , whatever so.....

I am currently having btech electronics and computer branch ,on the official website they have written it eligible under ecd but not csd. So wanted to ask if I m eligible for cse paper or not? Have mailed them regarding this doubt as well. Do they respond to mails??

20-25 marks pai d grade milega kya ab?🙃.. And what about those subjects jinka avg hi 30 marks jaata h? Nd this time is it fr or again they are just trying to scare us just like they did last year also by saying 20/70 passing but passed people even at 12-13/70 marks .. But yeah last time mail nhi bheji thi inhone .. nd so will it even increase the cutoff for grade like now we will have to score higher marks to achieve b b+?

Like what settings change or what mask change or anything made it work suddenly for u nd made u stop removing the mask unconsciously at night?
