Looking to sell my home in the near future and need recommendations on for a listing agent. I'd prefer someone who specializes in selling not in just a buyers agent. My house is in the $480k - $500 range, if that matters.
The home is about a third of the way done. The builder isn't sure when the rest of the brick will arrive. They have put in the engineered wood floors, cabinets, trim, and built ins. How concerned should I be the house isn't weather tight as the interior finishes are in? Should I ask for an extended warranty, walk away or do something else?

I was recently gifted a starter kit for quilling. It includes the basic tools (I think) and a bunch of paper. I'm a step-by-step instructions for a project kinda a girl when I start a new craft. The kit doesn't include anything like that.
I'm looking for recommendations for printed or video tutorials of projects for beginners. Any input is greatly appreciated.

Does anyone have any opinions on the Lake Redwine Lake area? We are retired and are considering moving there. How is the lake it's self? Is it clean or atleast clean-ish? Do people actually take boats out on it or swim in it? Is the HOA chill or is someone going to measure my grass weekly?
