I’ve been getting DBT therapy for the past few years and I had probably the best therapist I could have ever asked for. She saw me through my community college graduation, a few psych ward stays, grief, my marriage and dealing with my emotionally abusive family members. I’m heartbroken even though I know it’s beyond her control. Nobody picked me up like she did when I was down and helped me become a functional human being. I feel like I’ll miss her forever. I don’t know how I’ll manage without her, I don’t have many close friends anymore or family. I rarely confide in anyone anymore, I’ve been burned too many times.
I just don’t know what to do. She’s setting me up with a temporary one, who is also leaving. I feel so lost.
Does anyone have any advice for how to deal with this feeling? I’m trying to get myself out to talk to people more to avoid thinking about it and im just stressed thinking about going back to college soon and not having my therapist there for support.

So I haven’t tried all the dispos in FL, as I’ve had my medical card for less than a year so I’m still shopping around and seeing what I like. But for me based on quality of product, price, etc this is my list honestly.
