Senior PLZZ help ?

Need seniors' advice: B.Tech Biotechnology vs Food Technology vs another drop?

Hey seniors, I really need some guidance because I'm genuinely confused about what to do next.

I prepared for NEET and unfortunately my result this year wasn't good. After that, I appeared for the UP admission/entrance process, and my UG combined rank is around 1800 (General category).

I was hoping for BVSc, but realistically I don't think I'll get it with this rank, so now I'm completely confused about which course I should choose.

At the moment, I'm mainly considering:

B.Tech Biotechnology

B.Tech Food Technology

But I don't know much about the actual career scope, placements, salaries, higher-study options, or what life looks like after these degrees.

So if there is any senior currently studying Biotechnology/Food Technology, someone who has graduated, or someone who has experience with placements, please share your honest experience.

I'd especially like to know:

How are the placement opportunities?

What kind of jobs do graduates actually get?

Is an M.Tech/M.Sc/MBA/other higher degree necessary?

What is the scope in India?

Which of these two would you choose today and why?

Are there good government/private opportunities after graduation?

My other option is taking one more drop and preparing for government-college entrances for PCB courses—so that I could potentially get Veterinary, B.Sc Nursing, or a good paramedical/allied-health course if MBBS doesn't work out.

I'm honestly at the last stage now—counselling—and I'm scared of making the wrong decision. I don't want to take another drop blindly, but I also don't want to choose a degree without understanding its future.

Seniors, please help me out. 😭🙏

If you're studying Food Tech/Biotech or have graduated from either, please tell me your real experience, especially regarding placements and what you're doing now. Even a small bit of guidance would mean a lot.

Looking for a best friend -may be more

Looking for a Best Friend — Maybe More 🌙

23M | Feminine | Gay Indian

Looking for someone who can genuinely understand emotions and be there through the messy days. Life hasn’t been feeling the best lately, and I’d really like to have someone I can talk to without feeling judged.

I’m into cooking, music, anime, creative stuff, deep conversations, and sharing random thoughts. I’m more of an emotional and caring person, and I value honesty, consistency, and feeling comfortable around someone.

Mostly looking for a best friend first .... and maybe something more if we naturally click. No pressure, no rushing anything.

If you’re someone who likes meaningful conversations, can communicate openly, and wants a genuine connection, feel free to say hi. 🌱

Need gay friend (20-25 age)

I'm a 23M

looking to make genuine connections and hopefully find a close gay friend around my age (20–25).

A little about me...

I absolutely love movies and can talk about them for hours.... I'm emotional, caring, and quite talkative once I'm comfortable.... I value honesty, loyalty, and meaningful conversations over small talk.

What I'm looking for, Someone I can build a long-term friendship with.....a person I can rely on, trust, and be myself around. I'd love to meet someone with whom I can share anything without hesitation, and who feels comfortable doing the same with me. Life gets easier when you have that one person who truly understands you

If you're between 20 and 25, looking for a genuine friendship, and think we'd get along, feel free to send me a message. Let's see where our conversations take us. 😊
