I have put my papers at Accenture Strategy
My manager was as lazy as fuck
She did not talent discussion/incentives calls
Expected us to reply in minutes while she didn’t reply for days when we needed her help
Now my early release is approved by MD but she is withholding it for the past 12 days idk why
I thought I would give her a nice feedback on my LWD
But my colleague says don’t do it
It will impact your relieving letter
What should I do?

We are flying from Delhi to Hanoi via Air India.
Haven’t booked return tickets yet but Vietnam airlines seem to be the cheapest.
We will be booking return from Ho Chi Minh City.
Should we book Vietnam airlines or go for air India only?
Air India return is direct while Vietnam airlines seem to have layover in Hanoi
