PCSX2 changing Internal Resolution doesn't work/have any effect (Solution)

I'm writing this because I couldn't find the solution on forums.

The solution is changing the Internal Resolution in System>Settings>Graphics>Rendering>Internal Resolution, and not in Settings>Graphics>Rendering>Internal Resolution. I hope this helps someone.

Broken PCI Express 3.0 (Images in description)

I accidentally ripped the PCI Express 3.0 slot off my old motherboard while removing the GPU. The plastic housing came off with the latch still attached, and about 15 pins are bent. None of them appear to be touching. Is there any way to salvage this board, or should I replace it? I haven't tried booting it yet, and I don't need this specific slot to work since I plan on using the PC as a home server.
