What to do with my career? 30F

I have a masters degree in electrical engineering and I’ve been working as an Electronics technologist at a below average company. I’m good with Electronics but I feel like I lost touch with all the engineering concepts because it’s been five years since I studied.
I feel like I’m working for a very low pay, but paid a lot for my education. I’m confused about what to do moving forward. I want to bring a change. I’d like to take any advice that you can give for me.

Residential tenancies, received form S

I took deposit of $350 from roommate and didn’t return because there were unpaid bills and damages. I’m a tenant, not a landlord and she’s not added on lease as a tenant or an occupant. We lived in the same unit but she had her own bedroom. We had one main door and shared kitchen and bathroom.

She filed form S and I’m worried about what the officer might do next. Anyone here faced this situation before?
