Looking for someone to teach me the basics of deploying AI-built websites
I’m a non-technical person, but I enjoy building small tools and websites that I can actually use in my day-to-day business.
With AI coding tools, I can usually get pretty far with building the actual thing and making changes to the code. The part where I get completely lost is what comes after that.
Things like:
How do I actually deploy the website
How do I set up a simple backend?
Where does the data get stored?
How do I connect everything together and make it usable in real life?
Basic hosting, databases, domains, updates, etc.
I’m basically looking for a developer who can teach me this practical side of things, ideally by working through a small project together.
I’m happy to pay for someone’s time. I’m not looking for free work or trying to lowball anyone, but this is mainly a hobby for me, so I’m also not looking for very expensive professional consulting.
If anyone enjoys teaching beginners and understands the whole AI-assisted coding workflow, feel free to DM me.

How to turn 133k/month passive income into more passive income?

Posting this again because I didn’t really get the kind of answers I was looking for last time.

Let’s say someone has around 20 million PKR in a term deposit. After tax and deductions, the net return is around 8% annually, which comes to roughly 133k PKR per month.

Now assume this person doesn’t need that monthly profit for living expenses.

The question is: what’s the smartest way to use that 133k/month?

Option 1: Keep reinvesting it back into the same deposit and let it compound.

Option 2: Take the monthly profit and use it to slowly build other assets — like income mutual funds, equity funds, dividend stocks, gold, or maybe save it for real estate later.

What I’m actually trying to understand is how to build a chain of passive income. Meaning the bank deposit gives monthly profit, then that profit is used to build another asset, and eventually that second asset also starts producing income or growth.

How would you use 80k/month passive income in Pakistan?

I’m trying to figure out a practical long-term strategy and wanted some opinions.

Let’s say someone puts around 12 million PKR in a Bank Alfalah term deposit. The gross return is around 10% annually, but after tax/deductions it comes to roughly 8% net, so around 80k PKR per month or 240k per quarter.

Now assume this person doesn’t need that profit for monthly expenses.

Would it be smarter to:

Reinvest the profit back into the same term deposit and let it compound, or

Take the monthly/quarterly profit and use it to buy other assets?

What I’m really interested in is building a chain of passive income. For example, using the bank profit to buy income mutual funds, dividend stocks, gold, or maybe saving it for real estate later.
