Pool company/landlord issues

Im not even sure what to do at this point. We rent a property that has a pool. As per our rental agreement my landlord is responsible for all the pool equipment and we are responsible for pool opening/closing and chemical maintenance.

I hired a company this year to do our pool opening on May 15th(that also did our pool closing last year). When they were opening the pool they dumped all the tarp surface water and leaves into the pool. They they removed all the plugs and tried to start the pump but the pump was not priming so they told me that the pump was old and needed to be replaced. My landlord sent a plumber himself to verify the pump was the issue and then with his own correspondence with this pool company approved and paid for a pump replacement which took two weeks. (I also discovered at this point that he never even uncapped the skimmer return and that could have been causing the pump not to prime properly)

The new pump was installed and after a day sounded odd and was not circulating properly. The pool company asked me to send them a video of the pump running and figured out that the pump voltage was incorrect and had to order another one(which took another two weeks).

They then ordered another pump with the correct 150V and after 3 days of that running the pump started to leak out of the front. They had me send in videos again and stated that it was because the sand filter needed to be replaced and that was causing too much pressure in the pump and caused a gasket to blow(which didnt make sense to me after 3 days of running and without the tech even coming out to diagnose it).

My landlord at this point agreed to replace the whole sand filter as he doesnt remember it ever being serviced and the pool company agreed to replace the pump again with the sand filter work which would be another 2 week wait.

The new sand filter work was done and the new pump was put in. I was told to wait until the next day to run it and when I ran it the next morning the top of the pump was leaking, sand filter union was also leaking and the pump sounded wrong. The tech came out the next day and spent two hours trying to diagnose the pump issues and I stated twice that it sounded like a 220V(wrong V) and after the second time asking the tech finally checked and it was set to 220 so he changed it to 150. He got it running and fixed the top pump leak but stated he would have to come back to do the sand filter leak but it was fine to run it as is until then. I ran the pump for 1 day and then the next day the pump started leaking out of the front again.

They then stated they would replace the pump with a better one at no extra charge and they came to do that install yesterday and fix the sand filter leak but told me to wait until this morning to let the liquid cement set. I went to start the pump this morning and it started draining water through the pipe where our solar panel connects because the tech must have kicked or disconnected the spigot that connects that to the piping when he did the install last night.

The company is now stating that it will be another extra cost to my landlord to repair that and that they will be able to come out in a couple of days to do it. It has been almost 2 months since we opened the pool and yet it is still completely swamp green, hasn't been able to be used at all and even if everything finally gets running properly will take me weeks to get it into working order.

The company seems very fishy as it has multiple different addresses listed for it on different parts of its website, a different address listed on its facebook page and when its googled on google maps it doesnt show up under any of those addresses. Is there any legal recourse I would have in regards to the main reason we decided to rent this house was due to the pool and we have not been able to use it at all this year.

What to do until pump comes in

Pool company who opened our pool dumped all the tarp surface water and leaves into the pool and then figured out the pump isn’t working and needs to be replaced. Is there anything I can do to limit algae buildup until the new pump is installed in two weeks? Pool already looks like crap from that surface water so I know I’ll have a lot of work ahead of me either way. I’ve been scooping out all the leaves I can at least to try to limit the damage

Day of Transportation drivers

I have been looking for companies that are more reliable than uber or a taxi(and look a little bit fancier) to transport 5 people for a 10 minute drive to a location and then pickup from that location back to the origonal pickup point 8 hours later. Every company I have contacted so far is stating that we would need to rent the chaffeur/car for that entire time and the quotes ive been receiving are anywhere from $500(for a black SUV) to $900(for a Limo). Can anyone recommend more reasonably priced options?

It is for a wedding so even though most people wont see the car we would like something that looks at least a little nicer and isnt a Taxi or an Uber

I started playing this ladder after not playing for 15+ years. I made a WW horker barb and have probably done 1000+ trav runs. Best rune drop ive gotten from it is a Pul and a Gul. Yet I somehow got a Lo drop from a random Uldar(non unique mob) in Durance of hate lvl 2. I switched to my warlock and got a Jah drop 2 weeks ago from non Tz hell cows(while I had a random sorc tailing me to gain exp while I killed all the cows. Luckily I got the drop). Last week after doing a bunch of trav runs on my barb again and getting nothing I yet again switched to my lock to do some hell cows and got a Ber drop. Today I join a TZ game which had been mostly cleared out and I go to Stony field and randomly kill a Champion Minotaur who dropped a Lo.

For some reason I have no luck with Trav what so ever(including when Trav is Tz) but yet have luck in the most random places
