If you're worried about the AR changes:
The gun is just as good as it was before. You just have to do short bursts or periodically stop to compensate for the higher firerate the weapon has

I did my best to make those Halo units
Campaign Evolved: Completely busted. Laser accuracy, high damage, headshot multipliers and very high ammo supply
Infinite: before the nerf it was completely busted and even now it's extremely competent, with the campaign version being as strong as it was on launch
H2A and Halo 4: very similar and very strong. Both of them are absolute shredders at close range while being decent at medium range
Halo 5: at launch this thing was completely broken of course, but after the nerf the effectiveness was reduced. However the attachments and the high headshot multiplier makes it a competent weapon
Halo 3: despite popular belief, this gun is extremely accurate when you tap fire instead of holding down the trigger, as the accuracy cone resets very fast, making it very reliable on stripping brute shields at long range to assist a precision weapon. On multiplayer it's a good tool to quickly dispatch enemies in close range
Halo Reach: while not being as good as in Halo 3, you can still tap fire to maintain accuracy, with crouch decreasing the bloom. This weapon definetly struggles more on Legendary than other versions due to the lower damage however, despite that it can work if you are determined enough. Decently competent on multiplayer however
Combat Evolved: extremely strong yeah, but also extremely innacurate. Unlike other versions, tap fire does close to nothing to help the terrible spread this weapon has, and using this weapon on Legendary definetly makes for a challenge. On multiplayer it's way better with the quick camo tech though
Halo 3 ODST: Despite looking identical to Halo 3, the weapon has received a significant nerf in it's tap fire accuracy due to the accuracy cone resetting slower, this also comes with the fact that every bullet weapon in ODST has HALF damage against shields. While still usable it's easily a downgrade from Halo 3
I have no idea how he didn't see me at all
Like the one he loses his jaw in
The first one is at low HP and the second on is a brand new
Ghosts kill you so fast it might aswell be Halo 2
I don't even have to explain the rest
For the ranged forms, dual plasma rifles destroy them
For tank forms, you can one shot them with the normal melee if you aim your reticle at their face
