I purchased about 6 items from a seller which is worth about £200. I received a random toy under the order/tracking number.

I managed to get screenshots of reviews of this happening to other buyers.

The seller has now been banned from the app.

After reaching out to whatnot their response is that they will talk with the seller to get the goods shipped. How can the seller know which items I purchased? I can’t contact the seller.

I asked for a refund but whatnot said I have to leave it with them for 3 days but I would prefer a refund at this stage.
Any help is appreciated thank you!

After seeing another post about VHS’s I thought it would be fun to expand it.
