Planning our 2027 Alaska cruise...

We are planning our cruise now for June 2027. We want _ALL_ included drinks, even premium wines by the glass at the 17, 19 dollar tier (as I remember from our last all the good stuff cost about that much) and not worry about the extra difference nickel and diming at the end of the meal or when ordering cocktails at the bar. The booking site and our TA say the "All Inclusive" only goes up to $12 drinks.

Question: Is there a way to buy this up front and hassle with all the extra charges during the cruise?

Edit: We are trying to book Oceanview or Veranda cabin.

Thanks in advance 🙏

Proton Mail Mac OS Desktop App is gone from App Store?

I went to the App Store on my Mac and do not see Proton Mail listed at all when searching for it. Only Proton Pass for Safari shows up.

If it's no longer being developed, then I'll uninstall as it didn't do offline anyway and had to go the bridge route...

Thanks for any info 🙏

Williams Selyem Pinot Noir

Quite early to open this I realize but I was curious and it was completely drinkable and very tasty now…I’m sure even better in 5 yrs. Anyhow, special occasion and paired excellent with steak.

1 hr decant
I couldn’t pin the up front aroma but to me was like a super clean, round clay aroma, but not sure.
Body was medium and silky
Tasted of deep plum, dark cherries and blackberry.

🍷🙏

All Included add-on charge for a 3 yo?

What’s up with charging everyone in the room for the add-on when one is our 3 year old, he doesn’t need wifi or drinks. Is there a way to book the add-on after booking for just the two adults? …or book us two now with the add-on for us, then add our kid to the booking later?

Advice on Charging Stations…

Hello folks. Sorry I couldn’t understand what the other tags/flair meant in Polish… I need to access a simple Car charging station in Szczecin that I can pay with my German credit card that is easy to use. So far the Powerdot and Kaufland ones don’t do it, not working for me…. Thank you 🙏

Replacement for awesome Frye Oxford...

Hi All, can anyone advise a good replacement for These 15 yo Frye Oxfords?

I guess they weren't technically BIFL, but they put in a solid shift and would love to replace them with equivilant style and quality. I know they sell a comparable again, but the price has dropped to $188 for some reason, I paid about $250 15 years ago, so I suspect quality/construction has changed... I think they had changes after covid apart from just shutting down their physical stores.

FWIW, I did try a pair of Meermin - great shoe, but not the same old-fashion style that wears well with jeans or chinos.

How to get Blu Dining?

We’re planning our second Celebrity cruise but this time want to have dining in Blu. Are there other pathways to make this happen other than getting a suite or the status level? From the suite nothing interests us except the Blu dining so want to avoid spending the money on a suite. Thanks for any advice 🙏

Oregon Malbec

The taste follows the smell perfectly. Plum, chocolate, cherries. Silky texture and a nice round, medium body. I was annoyed at first when I realized I paid $29 after thinking it was 19 and thought the salesperson at the counter did a switcharoo… but no, I got a good deal, well worth it! Definitely seek this out next time in Portland.

2K or 3k wifi indoor camera for existing system...

I have existing outdoor Reolinks and satisfied...now want to add indoor.. From reviews, I see the 2K/3K indoor cameras have annoying and creepy looking red light emitters around the camera (I know it's for night vision), I don't want this around sticking out like that, it's an eyesore. Is there a way to turn this off or another alternative camera that does not have this?

Reolink Indoor security camera...?

What is the difference between Reolink E330 and E1 Pro? The specs look identical. The E1 Pro comes up in amazon.de (45 euro) and the E330 is what Mediamarkt (also Germany and 39 euro) sells. Neither place mentions the other, so what gives, is it some whitelabel or specific marketed model for MediaMarkt only? thanks 🙏

What's that knob sticking out of the steering wheel column?

Hi All. What is this? I don't see any of the youtuber reviewers ever discussing it.

**UPDATE** Ok ,learned this is called Advanced Driver Distraction Warning (ADDW) system, which is mandated by the EU and other countries. Very lame and definitely nanny state control imo. It amazes me how little this has been discussed and not mentioned in reviews and all the hype videos about cars online. Even how little it appears in Reddit, so adding this update here will add one more hit to the search results when searching for it. thanks all for the input on this.

Model does not generate an image... :\

Hi Folks, asking here cuz I didn't see anything related in the Troubleshooting wiki...

I downloaded a model from civitai 'cyberrealisticXL_v100' and installed as Model, as instructed for Offline generation, it downloaded a checkpoint (didn't expect that...but anyway...) and gave me positive response it was ready.

When I entered a simple prompt, ran it's 20 steps, then nothing happened, I just see the initial transparent checkered background as before, I don't see any images generated or saved anywhere.

Any ideas what gives? Thanks in advance 🙏

Hi Folks, I'm finding it very difficult to get a definitive list of updates in versions both iOS and macOS. Where do you all go for this? Apple itself is even very vague and their articles are circular on the topic. thanks.
