Im staying with my grandmother, its just me and her. Im earning, but she's the one who cooks,I can't leave her to cook for her self and cook just for me. Im in my heaviest weight and I want to stay consistent this time and also be in a calorie deficit. Ive done my research and yea " protein is the key" but she just doesn't get it. I can't seem to try to make her understand. She goes on to say millets have iron corn has fiber and what not. She went out to blatantly say "protein alone will not help you lose weight"
Please help me idk how to handle this situation 😭
