Part time PhD

Could anyone please guide me on the colleges one could consider for part time PhD in law? Ones that wouldn’t have a strict on-campus stay requirement? RGNUL and NLU-D have strict on campus requirements. NLS does not have the concept of part time PhDs. I came across NALSAR which divides its compulsory classes across weekends, etc.so working professionals can be easily accommodated. But I haven’t been reading very positive reviews about NALSAR inasmuch as there are alleged administrative delays, high attrition among professors and delayed completion of PhD. GNLU offers part time PhD as well, is it good? Jindal seems like a good option too. Is anyone here pursuing/ has pursued part time PhD and can please guide?

Well, “next week” has begun and the matter wasn’t listed today

People are protesting for fair exams at Jantar Mantar while we sit in a no-exam situation. Endlessly. Helplessly.

Vacations ending tomorrow and still no tentative date?

At least the batches before us had the opportunity to appear for examinations, fail, learn from their mistakes, and keep trying. We, on the other hand, are simply growing older without even being allowed to sit for the exams. This has been a terrible period for those who have completed their three years of practice.
And for this, the Court now seeks the views of all the High Courts and NLUs. One cannot help but wonder: what is the purpose of having a Supreme Court if every relatively small issue requires consultation with multiple institutions before a decision can be taken? Moreover, this entire exercise has no enforceable timeline.
Whatever decision is ultimately taken is one thing, but the recruitment process should at least continue in the meantime. The balance of convenience clearly lies in conducting the examinations. Any eventual decision can always be applied prospectively. It is difficult to see how it is fair to indefinitely stall recruitment on account of this issue.
And please do not respond with “move on.” After completing the required years of practice and facing continuous exploitation at the hands of seniors, that is not something many of us want to hear. Some of us genuinely wish to pursue this path, and if we ask only for a fair and timely recruitment process, we should not be expected to simply “move on.”

No tentative date???

Do these people not care AT ALL? Exams are basically indefinitely postponed. No order. No clarity. It is worse than hell.

Olive board Current Affairs

God! Olive board current affairs are so hardcore banking related. Affairs cloud seems much more generic in nature. Toppers have consistently espoused for affairs cloud. Is it important to have covered olive board current affairs too?

When is the 3-year rule case next listed?

Same as title. The SC website doesn’t seem to be working for me. They had also not given a fixed date. It is all a big joke for these people. So disappointed.

Any upcoming judiciary vacancies?

lol I know 2 district judges in MP who have been saying that vacancies will be released soon since November. Even they don’t seem to know the status. Any idea when MPCJ, DJS, Haryana could be notified? I cannot take being unemployed anymore. Choosing law was a mistake. The least these people can do is conduct exams regularly.
