Chargeback nightmare- looking for help

I run a logistics business for new businesses to get work - they sign up. Sign paperwork. Meet their manager / handler and start getting 5k to 15k AVG. worth of work every single week. We charge only 1k a month for our services.30 day cancelation window (were reducing to 15 days) F*cking amazing. I loved building it. Every painful second. Our downfall was chargebacks. Due to clientele we would help them for 3-6mo the on avg before they had some issue (maintenance, not answering the phone anymore, burnout, family, employee, you name jt I’ve heard it) and then they stop or pause- they then will chargeback months worth of payments to us. I’m talking 3k to 6k+ in chargebacks from clients. When call they dont answer. They abused chargebacks. Consumer theft. We had all the receipts, communication, legal docs, and i always challenged the charge backs and won 70% of the time - but due to chargeback ratio would be kicked of payment platform - they payment processor would hold funds for 90+ days (sometimes 10k+) . No warning just locked out. Bullshit. They know what they are signing up for. They love the work we provide. They are committing consumer fraud.

It’s a beautiful business and I want to make it work. I’ve tried 3 different payment processors and the last one was a “high risk” but still got shut out within a few months. Even after explaining our situation and client’s- they said they would help but no luck and their pms was horrible.

Q- anyone/ payment processor who understands and can help and hypothetically make it so we cant loose to this and can solve this problem. We are happy to change/ alter as long as the system works.

Very passionate about this and want to make it work - thank you 🙌

(Hiring) Commission sales/ marketing role

No promo - testing the waters to see if anyone is looking for a sales and marketing role - would be connecting with individuals in sales roles via email, LinkedIn and Reddit.

Selling to sales individuals / teams / leaders.

Would start commission but has potential for full time if you are solid.

If you have good experience doing this please pm

My stack/Data entry sucks (no promo)

We use a few different things where I work
1.salesforce - leads task management
2.outreach - calling task management
3.Apollo (bcuz the leads in sf suck)
4.outlook - cal / email
5.teams - calling / scheduling / team communication
(Maybe 1-2 other tools I’m missing)

What stack do you use daily and do you hate it and why? I personally hate it because even after tediously doing everything - managers still use spreadsheets to collect data/ get updates on big picture.

I’m harvesting / updating between all of theses all the time. Very annoying and takes so much time. There is no promo here just wanna discuss. Thanks

Cold calls made me want to die…until.

Just joined here and seems like everyone hates cold calling. When I first started cold calling I wanted to die . 2 different companies , 50 hour weeks , 4 years later - it will still feel like that. UNLESS… you sell something you really belive in/ kinda like. My 9-5 is selling fuel cards/discounts but it is free if they have over 10 vehicles. I source leads (on my own bcuz the salesforce ones are garb) only over 10 trucks. It feels like I’m giving it away for free. We don’t take payment we get the win from the transactions. Not to bad. So if you hate cold calling - a different product / service may be what helps. Just my honest 2 cents.

(If you can’t read - the tip is to sell something “free” and soothing you kinda like)

How do you validate ?

Besides cold calling businesses how do you validate your saas idea. Reddit I feel like I can’t find the right feedback / input. (let’s say you have 1 week to do it) - more ideas the better thank you !

Would this solve anything for you?

Not promoting anything or trying to sell.

I’m working on a software idea and wanted feedback from people who actually deal with candidate onboarding and client paperwork.

The concept is having one system that handles:

• Client agreements
• Candidate paperwork
• Offer letters
• E-signatures
• Invoices and payments
• Automated onboarding workflows
• Document storage

Instead of using separate tools for each step.

For those running staffing or recruiting firms:

What’s your current process?

What tools are you using?

Would this/consolidating everything into one place be useful, or not worth switching for?

Any honest feedback is appreciated. Thank you 🙌🏼

Need some advice/help with app validation

I’ve been working on an MVP and wanted to get some honest feedback.

One thing I’ve noticed is that a lot of small businesses end up using 4–5 different tools just to handle paperwork. They’ll use one platform for signatures, another for invoices, another for payments, another for document storage, and maybe Zapier or something else to connect everything together.

The idea is to put all of that into one place.

• Send contracts and collect signatures
• Create onboarding workflows for employees or clients
• Send invoices and payment links
• Store and organize documents
• Automate paperwork and approval processes

For example, a landscaping company could send a service agreement, collect a signature, automatically send onboarding documents, collect a deposit, and keep everything stored in one workflow without jumping between multiple apps.It is very simple and lightweight and has ability to connect with other work services.

The goal isn’t to compete with just DocuSign or just Stripe. It’s to simplify the paperwork and processes for small businesses. Let me know your thoughts and looking for good developers as well 🙌🏼
