Was heading into jabal to do some contracts and hit a quick sand pit. Queue the worms. Managed to just barely get a way twice. Was panicking and forgot to switch abilities to shagwire
I just got off a binge of reading Infinte and the Devine/wicked and warped along with the twice dead king Omnibus ad was wonder which depiction of Necrons do people like.
With infinite and Devine portrays them with more flexible necrodermis allowing them to emote, smile, frown, reshape their bodies at will (trazyn stretching his arm to catch somthing and its reformating of bodies)
Twice dead king their bodies are ridged and inflexible but they emote through small nodal lights that flicker across their bodies. They can control their notes well enough to have a secret code like otlyx does but it also flairs unconsciously as well
It’s interesting how different authors get around the fixed metal of the necron form to give ways of expressing emotion in believable ways
This is my first splatoon game. Have been really enjoying the heavy rollers, the blasters and splatanas. Was a bit disappointed in the bows being spread shot and the splatlings (I might just not have found good variants yet. just beat the main story and have the 3 hidden ruins left to do and haven’t goten to the endless mode unlocked yet. ). Sell me on your favorite weapons that I should be on the look out for
First I have to say I’m loving them so far and kicking myself for not picking them up sooner. Being a fan of 40K for years and it’s very interesting seeing characters that I know of in 40K pre corruption, and just have a sinking feeling of knowing how far they fall by the end. But after only 2 book I get it now…
Fuck Erebus
They did such a good job making him very untrustworthy the second he appears in Horus Rising and built on in False Gods making him utterly unlikeable but a great antagonist if you can call him that for the start of Horus’ fall
As the title says, I want to get into the series, as it’s a bit overwhelming with 50+ books. I am not sure where to start as I’m seeing conflicting things of what people say should be read first and what not ie release order or a chronological order people have made. I believe Horus rising is the first book released. Just want to know what everyone things to enjoy the series
As the title says what’s everyone’s opinions on our resident cog boy? I took a break around his release and this recent patch has dragged me back in. The Techmarine has quickly become one of my favorite classes to play. His primaries are nothing to wright home about as tac has all of them but his melee options are amazing. Power axe/sword are my go to picks on assault and bulwark but his omnisshia axe is one of the most satisfying melees I have used feels criminal to take it off. His ability is great base heavy bolter is good at hoard clear and precision deletes 1-3 majors. Plasma is the only one I feel is not worth it. My only gripe with the class is half his perks revolve being around the sentry guns but half the time they are nowhere near where you need them in ops. And in siege they are nonexistent unless you spend money on them. Sorry for the paragraph but wanted to get my thoughts out there
I never noticed that there were more sareuntu kids than the man 4 in the classroom in the opining cutscene. I guess it does make sense the rda took more than 5 kids but also sad than none of them survived
I took everyone’s advice on my post the other day about should I restart or not after not playing for 5 months and ended up restarting. In games like this I love giving my characters personalized back stories and names. I know we have a canon name Tamtey but would love to give my own name but idk on how to do Na’vi names.
I last played in November right before the 3rd person update and got about halfway through the upper planes region story before getting sidetracked by helldivers coming to Xbox. Now I’m looking at geting back into the game and got the first 2 dlcs for a deal while back and was wondering if it would be better to go with a fresh start or try to figure out where and what I was doing before my break?
Last name Ass’candies sadly it gave me invalid name so I could not use it
I’ve been following this game since its pc launch but never got it as my old gaming laptop no longer likes running modern games. I see dune awaking as a store page on Xbox but it says currently unavailable and no release date anywhere on the page. Even looking online it just says 2026. Any info would be helpful thanks in advance
