First time poster, but long time walker. I usually take 1-2 hour walks a day, but between mental health stuff and a sick dog (she is thankfully getting better), I wasn't walking as much as usual the past couple of months. I'm trying to get back to walking at least an hour a day so I dug out the pup's sling bag. 🩵
