I’m pretty disappointed. I’ve had my ring 2 years and about 6 months ago the battery started emptying after 2-3 days. It used to last much longer. Why does this happen? I end up missing so much data because I don’t know the battery’s dead.

Edit: Used Oura chat as suggested by all of you and a new ring is being shipped to me. Thanks everyone!!
