Pain pain - Provoked Vestibulodynia

Hi everyone,

I've done pelvic floor physiotherapy for vaginism, followed the exercises, and used vaginal dilators. My condition has improved a lot, and I'm now able to insert the largest dilator without any major issues.

BUT, I still experience bad pain at the vaginal opening. It feels like burning or sometimes like a cut, and it often makes penetration impossible. If penetration does happen, even a little friction quickly makes the pain much worse.

Another issue is that after intercourse I often get UTI-like symptoms.

I always use plenty of lubricant.

Has anyone had a similar experience? Did anything help, treatment, medication, or anything else?

Thank you so much for any advice or experiences you're willing to share 💕

Scene painting/ Prop making course

Hi there, I'm looking for some advice.

I studied stage design and have been working as a freelancer since I graduated (4y). Over the last few years, I've worked both as a stage designer and as a prop maker, and now I'm trying to get into a paintshop - where I've worked before as a temporary position.

In the past two years, I've applied for several permanent jobs. I always get invited to interviews, and more than once I ended up as the second-ranked candidate. 🥲

I probably need to improve my skills a bit more. Backdrop painting is the area where I have the least experience!

So I'd really like to take a scenic painting course.

The only problem is that I can't take a long break from work. I'm looking for a course that lasts anywhere from a few months to about six months. I could also stretch to a one-year course if it's really worth it.

I'm based in Europe and open to attend it anywhere in Europe!

Does anyone know any good scene painting courses? Thank you!
