Every evening , all the starlings from Porirua fly past my lounge window at dusk. They roost in a macrocarpe tree on the top of the hill behind our house.

Is there more than one social grouping of starlings in the Porirua basin, or is this all the starlings?

I find a behavior just fascinating.
