Tribunal updates?

Does anyone know who to contact to ask about your tribunal? I’ve tried contacting the local charity that my representative is from but it’s been a month since I’ve emailed and I’ve had no response and their phone line doesn’t seem to be working (it just says when they’ll be open even if I’m calling during that time.)

I’ve tried calling HMCTS but it was an automated reply saying the wait is around 7 months but it’s been over a year since my appeal started and I haven’t heard anything since the DWP sent their response.

I also know of people that started their appeals after me that have had theirs completed already. I’m not sure whether to just keep waiting but I’ve been forgotten about with referrals more than I’ve been remembered so it’s got me a little on edge.

It just seems impossible to figure out how to contact anyone that can help me with this.

Barclays unarranged overdraft

So I made a purchase through PayPal about a week ago and I thought the payment had already gone through but apparently it didn’t until midnight today so now I’m £30 in unarranged overdraft with Barclays.

The issue is I won’t have the money to pay this off for another 13 days. I’ve managed to transfer to get it down to £14 overdraft.

I did some googling and it said that they don’t do fees for it but I’m not sure if that applies when you leave it for 2 weeks.

I know it’ll have some credit score impact but does anyone know if there will be any fees?

Random PayPal charge and deactivated account

So I just had a random charge from PayPal, went onto my account and there’s no such charge on there. I remembered I had an old account from years ago so logged in to see it’s disabled for suspicious activity just after the charge took place.

Could that account have been hacked and that’s why I got the charge and why it’s been disabled?

Debating doing a chargeback with my bank as it’s put me in an underaged overdraft but I’m worried that my main PayPal will then be banned because I still have credit to pay off on there.

How do you go to jail?

My zoi got arrested for assault and I didn’t pay bail and he just went home.

Went through the whole court thing and got sentenced 2 days in jail but he just went home again.

He’s been arrested like 5 times now and each time it was with invisible handcuffs and the police just kind of walked off.

Not sure what I need to upgrade.

So I have 0 idea about computers and what I should upgrade to make my PC run better.

It takes a couple of minutes to boot up and some inputs take a while to register, my pc often just completely freezing if I’m trying to do more than one thing at a time. My cpu use sits at around 11% and my memory at 75% when I have a non-demanding game open. I use the PC purely for gaming.

My build is:
Processor: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12500F (2.50 GHz)
RAM: 16.0 GB (15.8 useable) Speed 5200 MT/s
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 (6 GB)
Storage: 1TB, 200GB free

If there’s any other build info needed, let me know, I’m not really sure what any of it means.

Edit: More build info:
Storage: Crucial BX500 SATA SSD 1TB, 2.5", Up to 540MB/s
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance DDR5 16GB (2 x 8GB) 5200MHz
Power: MSI MAG A750BN PCIE 5.0 Power Supply Unit, 750W
Motherboard: MSI B760 Gaming Plus WiFi Motherboard, ATX
Graphics Card: ZOTAC Gaming GeForce RTX 3050 6GB Solo GDDR6 96bit

I’m only 3 weeks in so I know it’ll change when I get used to it, but I thought I’d be able to tell if my meds were helping or not easily, but apparently not.

I’m on 30mg mediknet xl right now, and as soon as I started my medication for the first time I felt really happy, like my anxiety and depression are completely gone. I’m waking up at 8am to take my medication and I’m staying up after which is great because I used to not get up before 12pm. But at the same time, as soon as my meds kick in I feel like I’m vibrating with energy.

But I really can’t tell if it’s helped hyperactivity at all. I can’t tell if I feel antsy because I want to be productive and do something or because I’m still hyperactive. It’s the same with socialisation, I hated socialising before but now I feel like I’m constantly talking my head off, which I can’t tell if it’s because I’m happier or just hyperactive.

My prescriber said that if it’s not working then I can try a different medication, but I don’t know if I should. I feel AMAZING, but I also feel more hyperactive than I did before. I feel like I’ve switched from mental hyperactivity to physical. I’m thinking of getting into working out to channel it into something so I can focus on mental stuff now that I can actually think properly without a thousand thoughts flooding my head at once.
