Wedding Cake

I’m having a very small wedding in March (5 people). I wanted to get a small lemon wedding cake that feeds max of 6. Any bakery recommendations? Thank you so much 😊

BPI deal

I’d like to order more of this deal but I’d like the 68mg vials. Are we able to buy more at the higher dose? They only gave me 40mg before bc I wasn’t at a high enough dose yet but id like to get more to keep being able to titrate up. Thanks so much.

Primary Care

I am almost finished with clinicals for my FNP and I have to say I absolutely hate primary care. I’m not sure if it’s just I haven’t found a good fit for myself in the spaces I’ve worked or I just honestly can’t stand it. I am thinking of going into a specialty instead. Does it get any better or am I being too hopeful?

Hot med

Took advantage of the BPI sale. I just got my meds. The ice packs were hot mush and the vial was hot to the touch. I feel like I just wasted $79. Not sure if it’s still good to use. Pretty disappointed.

BPI deal?

I placed an order for a vial of the 68 mg. I went through the process and filled everything out. Because the medication label on my current prescription has the entire titration schedule on it, the RN assumed I’m still on the lowest dose and will only give me 40 mg. I have been titrating accordingly per the label as it’s a 3 month vial. I am currently at 5 mg and will go up to 7.5 in 2 weeks. Then would like to go up to 10mg. I explained this to the RN performing the assessment. The BUD for the 40mg is 8/26. It does not make sense that I cannot get the 68 mg so I have more time in the titration schedule. The BUD on the 68 is 10/26. Can someone please help?

Anyone like the B6 additive?

I have had nausea off and on w my doses. Not severe but it’s there. I’m in week 6. ProRX. No additives. Wondering if the B6 additive really helps w the nausea? May add it w next batch. Thank you 😊

6th shot food noise?

I am on my 6th shot. Took it this morning and increased it to 3mg this am. I had been on 2.5 weekly up until this week and was slow to increase bc I had had nausea up until last weeks shot. I definitely felt the fatigue today but normally the food noise goes away pretty quickly and today it seems to be lingering. I am assuming it’s because my body is more used to it? Thanks for any insight.

Fourth shot this week

The first three shots I felt nausea, especially the first couple days. This time around on my fourth I feel almost nothing. Is this normal? Does this mean my body has adjusted a bit? Thanks 😊

Food noise

It’s the day before my next shot. I’ve eaten great all week. The med has kicked my snacking and stress eating which was a big issue for me. Today I was so hungry when I got home from work. I had a mini ice cream sandwich and for some dumb reason I’m beating myself up for it 🤦🏻‍♀️

Second shot

I took my second shot this morning. Felt a little queasy later in the morning but fine. A bit fatigued but I also have a ton of stress going on. But my question-I feel hungrier than the first one-is it normal to feel that for a bit while it’s taking effect? I ate so I didn’t ignore it. I figured the hunger may be less since there’s already some in my system from last week’s shot.

First dose

Just took my first dose this morning. I’ve read so much about what to expect and how the drug works, but still anxious about how my body will handle it. I am excited but still in that unknown area.

Cost

I would like to start but I’m stressed about the cost. How do people cover it if there is no medical base to cover with insurance? It seems like people move suppliers for better cost when needed?
