i got a question and i hope this is the right place to get answers quickly.

i have chronic neck pain and have had it for 3 years now. a good friend of mine gave me a pregabalin capsule/pill (whatever it's called) and i really wanna try it. he said they were from india and the blister looked authentic and good quality (don't know if there's fake pregabalin being sold)
i only have experience with 100mg tilidin pills since thats what ive been using to avoid my pain but i'm not sure if thats relevant information. is it safe to take and what can i expect?
