Is my tread+ noise normal?
How quiet (or loud) is your tread+ ? My question pertains to the actual belt and not the motor that is obviously going to make some noise when active.
The reason I’m asking is because my belt as I’m stepping seems louder than before, like maybe something is loose or catching/rubbing/not tightened enough whenever I take a step. Please note that in the video, the noise is slightly before I heel strike. Maybe like the belt needs to be tightened? I feel like the slatbelt should be smoother than this... Should I contact support?
