Need advice about why this isn’t working

Hi everyone, I’ve been using 0.25 tretinoin gel for 5 months now and I’m afraid I’m not noticing a difference in my acne with it.
I use the cerave moisturizer(the one in the tub that u can get at Costco in a pack of 2)
For face wash I use the cera ve hydrating foaming cleanser and the non foaming one as well
I’ve been using the sandwich method ever since starting tret and my skin isn’t peeling or anything like that but even if my skin clears for a few days the acne always comes back(on the lower part of my face)
I’ve also been on spironolactone 50 mg for about 3 weeks now which I’m aware isn’t long enough to actually notice a difference but I just feel disheartened about the way my face looks as school is about to start again and this combination isn’t exactly working

Check mark not green

I got an offer for a double degree of IR and LWSO but only the IR has the green check mark. When I click status on LWSO and on IR for both of them in the checklist part both of the check marks are green. Does this mean anything or is my offer finalized? I also got 2 emails last night saying my offer is finalized but idk why this one check mark for LWSO isn’t green…

Looking for this hair styling kit

Does anyone know if this conair 5 in 1 hair styling kit is still available at Costco Canada? I’ve looked online and I can’t find the product. I think Costco started stocking it sometime in june if I’m not not mistaken.

Gender gap

Hi everyone, just want to rant and see if anyone is in a similar position to me.
I have an older brother(20), I am 18 and my sister is 5. I am very often taking care of my sister, feeding her, prepping meals, picking her up from school and more, I am essentially playing the role of a parent and it feels like a burden on me, I feel that I shouldn’t have to play such a large role whilst just being 18 and it has been this way for the past 5 years. My parents are very lenient with my older brother, he can stay out past 12, he can stay in his room all day, he practically never helps around the house, if he ever does or says anything rude to me he rarely ever gets scolded for it. My graduation was ruined because my parents wouldn’t let me go out with my friends for dessert after the banquet, I hadn’t intended to stay out long and was still refused. I brought up the point that 2 years prior on my brother’s graduation he stayed out until 2 am. That didn’t make my parents budge. If I ever get scolded for something and I say “but u never say that to(my brother) they don’t care and say why are u bringing him up. Whenever my brother goes out he stays out well past 12 and no one has a problem with. Often times my brothers is vague with who he is going out with and just says “some friends” and doesn’t get asked 100 more questions about it. A couple nights ago I came home at 12:30 after watching a movie with my friend. My friend who was driving-my parents know her very well and also know her entire family, our parents have previously worked together and have been to each others’ house. My dad asked when have I ever let u stay out this late and it’s a new thing with these new friends(my new friend group) although my parents know the girl who was driving very well. It was my first time staying out this late but I don’t understand why it’s a problem because 1. They have NEVER said that to my brother EVER. 2. They know my friend who was driving very well. 3. I’m a whole ass 18 year old 4.i was watching a movie not at a club or something
One more thing I’d like to add is that I am always expected to do house chores and if I’m in my room for too long I will get questioned as to why and what I was doing. However my brother stays in his room all day and it’s not a problem, he doesn’t know how to cook, my parents manage and help him clean his room and bathroom, my dad washed his sheets, me and my dad do one big load of everyone’s laundry every Sunday and my brother is not allowed to help because he can’t “touch the undergarments” which I think is beyond ridiculous. My mom will scream at, argue with, and get angry at me for the littlest things but will never ever do such a thing to my brother. All this is making me grow to resent my family and I hate it so much.
