Does this look safe?
We were hanging out on it and a few of us were unsure of how safe it is. At one point there were a lot of people on it watching fireworks and it just didn’t feel right.

Anyone have one of these chlorine dispensers? If so have you ever just put chlorine pucks in it?
This thing takes a proprietary canister of mini chlorine tabs that fits inside. Each new canister costs $30 and lasts 1 week at peak season.
Can I just throw in the large hockey puck tabs? I’m going to give it shot. Wondering if anyone else has experience with it.

Verizon was to be installed in our house today. The technician refused to put on shoe covers that I supplied.
We are a no shoes in house home. We have white wall to wall carpets in the rooms the tech needs to access. The outside of our house is a construction zone due to an outside renovation project. Dirt and mud everywhere. It just rained heavily.
This tech refused to put on shoe covers. Says he can’t bend down. And said they are a safety hazard. They are not a safety hazard. They are the anti-slip OSHA approved covers.
He said his boots are brand new. After he just walked through the dirt and mud getting to our front door.
I said no problem. we’ll get a tech that will agree to wear them.
I’ve never had someone refuse shoe covers.
Weird but ok. Not a big deal.

Can I watch DVR content on my mobile device when away from home?
We’re considering switching from optimum to Fios. My main deal breaker is if we cannot watch DVR content on mobile devices on our daily commute.
Will we be able to do this with Fios? I can’t seem to find the answer.

I am going to attempt a batch with Tofu, only because of the crazy price of 80/20 beef. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions?
Chili is no longer a budget meal anymore with the price of ground beef or any meat for that matter.
I’m going to try tofu. %80 cheaper than beef. I’ve never made anything in my life with tofu. In fact I’ve never even eaten it. But the wife is saying we should try it.
Any thoughts or ideas?

8 all of a sudden became the norm. It was crazy full at 8. Today it’s 6. Is 6 the new norm? This is getting ridiculous. Train is packed. No one can sit.
What can we do to fight this? I’m not paying this stupid fare to be cramped and stand.
