windows 11 makes error sound like every 40 minutes and sometimes it switches me out of the application I'm currently using like pressing Alt+Tab

I don't know what could have caused this but it's extremely annoying since I'm making YouTube videos.

I used an anti virus(marwarebytes) but the issue persists and the anti virus didn't find any viruses either.

I've tried researching the problem and the only solution I have really found that might work is to completely reset my PC, I don't wanna lose my data though so any advice is appreciated
