WOTC gets to print cards that are highly desirable and keep their shareholders happy and make $$$, no one gets any bad surprises at the EDH table in lower brackets, and CEDH players get to push the limits of their decks with other consenting chill players who are just looking for a good laugh.
There's already many decks in Bracket 5 that can win turn 1 such as Rogsi, so what's the deal with keeping iconic cards such as Mana Crypt and JLo banned.
The Solution is to Unleash Bracket 6. Most players will play blue and have FoW, FoN and mindbreak trap ready to balance the turn 1 degeneracy. These would be hilarious and highly quick, explosive games (as opposed to some long grindy games of lower brackets where you have players counting their 26 lands to see if they have 7 red).
I don't get why WOTC puts a ban on fun and great profit potential.
At my local game store there's this guy who shows up irregularly. Got matched against him 1st round of pauper and he was playing Turbo fog. Immediately when I sat down the extreme odor of foul smelling cottage cheese along with concentrated industrial strength vinegar overcame my sense of smell. Every breath was a struggle, and he kept casting fog every turn prolonging the game.
I lost, but would like to know what the rules are regarding smelly players in a tournament as I believe some are abusing bad B.O. to gain an advantage over their opponent. His deck was fully foiled out, so I do not believe poverty is an issue.
Can a player be disqualified for bad BO? Any advice is appreciated.
Curious about the math. 6000 homes flooded, many denied insurance claims, Ontario pays up to 250k to affected or underinsured homeowners. Sounds like taxpayers are on the hook for a big bill.
Please believe me. I Woke up at 2:19AM in the middle of a dream with dry sandpaper eyes lol. I tripped on my way towards the kitchen. The Maxi chocolate cookies were sitting on the counter, staring at me. They are arrogant little creatures, those cookies.
