Shouldn’t doctors be providing more education on this?

So i found some braille like spots on my groin/inner thigh area about 2 months ago. They didn’t spread nor change so i didn’t think much of it. I had my primary check them out and she said she thought they were warts. She said it very nonchalantly. I went to a derm and she confirmed. My issue here is, neither of my providers gave me information on what this really is.

My primary kinda just said “here’s what we can do for them, bye!”

And my derm kinda just sat there and looked sorry for me (cuz i was crying). She gave me the timeline on what we’ll do to get rid of them. But she didn’t give me ANY info on HPV. None. She said they could come back after we get rid of them and literally that was it.

I didn’t know anything about this condition until i got on Reddit AND then did my own research outside of Reddit.

You’d think that either of my providers would had let me know my immune system can clear or suppress this and it’s not a guaranteed lifelong condition.

I’m just really confused and frustrated that i had to run to the internet to get any answers. Maybe a gynecologist would had been more thorough in their explanation? Idk.

Just diagnosed and terrified

I am so incredibly frustrated. Idk how this happened. Why is this happening to me? I got the vaccine. I use protection. I did everything right i thought.

My derm just confirmed warts on my groin. I’m so anxious. Is this something I’m going to live with forever? Am i going to constantly have to freeze these things off and pray they don’t come back? I feel like I’m going to throw up.

Idea on what these could be?

Hi there! On May 17th i noticed some bumps on my groin area. To the left of my outer labia, kind of like near my inner thigh. They are in a line almost and feel like tiny brail kind of. There’s about 20 of them if looked at up close. They have remained consistent and haven’t changed basically at all since the day i noticed them. I have the HPV vaccine and as far as i know haven’t came into contact with anyone with warts. They do not itch or burn or anything of that nature.

I went to my primary today and she was also confused on what they could be. Like imagine a bunch of soft tiny braille that are just a bit darker than flesh colored. And when i say they are linear i mean they popped up in like a legit line with some outliers.

I’ve attached photos. One which is really close up with great lighting.

Did my plan B fail?

Hey all! 33f.
I used natural cycles to track my cycle. On May 10th i had unprotected sex. Natural cycles predicted my ovulation to be May 11th. I took plan B about 3-4 hours after sex.

My temperature spiked on May 11th and stayed elevated and still is.

Natural cycles took into account my plan B and marked out some of my temperatures and changed my confirmed ovulation date to May 9th?

I’m super nervous it didn’t work. I’m also not having any side effects from the plan B. I’ve taken it in the past and usually would have some spotting by now.

My period is supposed to start on the 22nd.
