can i transfer to Italy to study the final year after studying the first two in algeria? (in engineering)

Hello,

I study Industrial Electromechanical Maintenance Engineering in Algeria.

I had very good grades in high school, so I was admitted directly into my specialization instead of completing the common first year (L1), where all students study the same subjects before choosing a specialization in the second year.

So far, I have completed L1 and L2 and earned 60 ECTS credits.

Would it be possible for me to complete L3 in Italy by transferring from my university in Algeria?

I currently have USD 4,000 to cover my travel to Italy, complete the necessary paperwork, pay university-related expenses, and support myself for approximately 2 to 3 months until I can find a job.

I also have C1-level English and an IELTS certificate.

i am doing this instead of studying masters because it would be cheaper for me this way, i just want to finish my year and go try to find job opportunities in the middle east , instead of masters where I'd have to study two years therefore spend more therefore stay in Italy more,

when i asked Italians they usually didn't know what to answer so ive asked ai, and they said there's a high chance I'd have to do my second year in Italy then study the third,....

any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you so much:)

is carrying scissors (the bladed side is smaller than 2cms) in my keychain legal in algeria?

Hello guys, i have a mutlitool that has a knife, scissors, and a screwdriver, i found myself needing scissors in my day to day life more than the knife, so i thought about cutting it off and putting it in my keychain ( ill make a protective hoodie for it) the bladed side is smaller than 2 cms , and the whole scissor it self is smaller than a 100 da coin , but i know the strict laws we have about bladed tools , i want to carry these scissors literally everywhere i go , college, my work , supermarket, governmental buildings, when paying for internet , like as a tool in my keychain

is this legal? should i go with cutting it off my multi tool or am i ruining it for nothing? thank you please i need serious replies

for pure video usage only, i really need to know i am doing product videography and ads i am interested if i should get a good top of the top 1080p camera instead of using a super entry 4k camera i also REALLY need to see someone taking a video with 4k and 1080p mode then zooming and cropping in an editing software to see how much i can use the 4k footage compared to the 1080p footage
