finally watched Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World, and my first thought was: where was this movie hiding all these years?

Everything about it feels so real. Life on the ship, the sea, the battles, and even the quiet moments between the crew never feel forced. You can really see the respect between Captain Jack Aubrey and his men, and how much they trust each other.

I also loved the friendship between the Captain and Dr. Maturin. They don't always agree, but they always have each other's back. And somehow, the little side quest to find that flightless bird made the movie even more memorable.

Such a great film(10/10). I can't believe it took me this long to watch it.

How much do you all love this movie? What rating would you give it out of 10? And what was your favorite moment or scene? I'd love to hear what stood out to you.

let singles enjoy peace

dear couples,

If u r planning to spend the entire movie whispering, cuddling, giggling, nd treating the theatre lyk ur private date spot, mayb skip the cinema nd book a hotel instead.

Tdy at INOX City Centre, the couple next to me smehow managed to occupy one seat together(u knw) while providing a nonstop commentary throughout the film. I've had the exact same experience before while watching the He-Man movie.

Ppl pay for movie tickets to njoy the film, nt to listen to som1 else's relationship updates or watch public displays of affection fr three hrs.

Hv ur date, absolutely. Jst be considerate of every1 else in the theatre. A little theatre etiquette goes a long way.

thankyou,

urs truly single
